Chapter 4

*4 Weeks Later*
" I'm so glad to get back to work!" Dawson smiled as she looked at Brett. Dawson walked over to her room grabbed her backpack and walked out the door. "That's great" Brett exclaimed as they rushed out the door to get to their shift.

When they arrived at the firehouse everyone was out by the trucks and walked up to Dawson and Brett and yelled " Dawson!" As they all gave hugs, but Dawson noticed Casey wasn't there.  She gave quick hugs and headed to the locker room. No one was in there so she was alone, and she threw her stuff in her locker and lifted her shirt up half way to check her bruises. They where almost gone but they where still a bit sore, and then Casey was walking around the corner into the locker room and and saw Dawson tending to her bruises " Sure your ok to be back on shift? You did come back a week early," Casey said pointing to Dawson's uncovered ribs.
  "Uh.. Yea there just a tad bit sore" Dawson exclaimed as she pulled down her shirt trying to cover her skin but kinda blushed.
  "Ok if your sure?" Casey asked getting a little awkward.
  "Yes I'm fine" Dawson Smiled " I'm a big girl" she laughed. So did he.
  "Alright then see u later" Casey smiled looking Dawson up and down still her shirt was still a little bit lifted up. Dawson blushed and pulled it all the way down this time as Casey left.

*SQUAD 3*TRUCK 81*AMBO 61* BUILDING FIRE MANY VICTIMS*
All the men and Dawson jumped into their trucks. Brett and Chili jumped onto the ambo and sped away.

*At the Scene*
Casey started yelling out orders " Cruz raise the ariel, Otis, Mouch check the basement, Dawson, Herrmann with me" as they all went into the building Dawson and Herrmann follows Casey to the second floor.
"I FOUND ONE" Herrmann yelled to Casey as he dragged the victim out of the house. Now it's was only Dawson and Casey left in the building.
  " Dawson I found a little girl lets get out of here!" Casey yelled to Dawson frantically.
" No. Wait. I got a little boy, get out of here I will follow" she said determined. Casey made his way out but keep checking behind him to make sure Dawson was where she said she was. He kept making his way out. He got out of the building but Dawson was no where to be found.
"Where's Dawson?!?" Herrmann yelled to Casey
"I don't know she was right behind me! I'm going back in!" Casey shouted. But the chief stopped him
" The building is about to flash!" Chief shouted to Casey " Nobody goes in!"
"BUT CHIEF" Casey shouted. But then all a sudden two body's jumped out the door way onto the grass right when the building exploded. All you could see where two body's on the ground. Motionless.....
