"What..cass what do you mean?" Bev asked looking at the brunette.
"Stop pretending." Cassie responded not looking up.
"I-what?" Richie said, bill felt his stomach start to sink. Was there something he was missing?
"I'm not here."
"Stop fucking with us! You're right here."
"No I'm not."
"Cass what?" Stan asked generally confused.

"C-cassie hey it's okay w-w-we're get you a doctor just hold on." Bill choked his tear placing the brunette head on his lap as the other crouched round him.
"I'm sorry.." Cassie spoke weakly.
"No no no you did nothing wrong." Beverly said gently placing her hand on her friend's cold pale cheek.
"Hey...I got what I wanted.." Cassie laughed slightly coughing up blood.
"No don't fucking say that! we can get you help." Eddie sniffled.
"My bag." Cass spoke. As everyone frowned.
"Bill.." she added leaning her hand up on the boys cheek as he leaned into her touch.
"I love you, I'm sorry-" Cassie coughed again tears in her eyes before going limp.
"N-n-no Cass..CASSIE WAKE UP!" Bill panicked.
"C-C-CASSIE" he yelled again shaking her body.
"Bill.." Bev started putting her hand on his shoulder.

Bill walked home that night tears streaming down his face. He had lost everything in the space of one day.
Once he arrived home he opened the door. "Bill?" His mom called from the kitchen coming to the hallway. She took one look at her son and frowned pulling him into a hug that he gladly accepted.

SEPTEMBER 1989
It was a nice sunny day. The grass had looked fresher than ever, and the air smelt of salt. The group of kids were sitting by a spot scattered with Daisy's, they were always cassie's favourite flowers ever since she was younger.
"I thought I was dead. That's what it felt like. I saw us, all of us back here, but we were older. Our parents ages." Beverly explained.
"W-what were we doing?"
