I know, trust me, I do, that it can be hard but it is worth the struggle. If you look at the positive side of everything you will really be a changed person, and happy more often. And I know it doesn't seem that easy, and that simple but it really is.
For some people its hard to look at the bright side of things. And sometimes it isn't even a full side, just a speck of brightness. It almost feels like there is a black slug living inside of you, that drains your energy and positivity and happiness. But you can overcome this.
The first step is self-love. It really does not matter what other people say. If you won't listen to people when they tell you you're beautiful why would you listen when they tell you your ugly? Is it easier to believe? Is it because you hear that more often? Well, I want you to do this for yourself, and I want you to stop caring what other people think. Stress is caused by giving a f.uck. So don't.
It is a difficult journey. Some of you may have heard or seen but Shane Dawson just released his story to the internet. Not only did he have a severe self-hatred, he overcame it. Not only did he do that, he shared his story with the whole world to help people who might be in the same situation he was in. That takes some serious balls. And it's not just him who deserves respect for that, its his ex-girlfriend. Holy shi.t. She posted a video, about a week ago I believe, that talked about her side of the story. How it effected her emotionally and she is one strong freaking woman. If you haven't seen either video you need to watch them. *Warning get tissues*
I will list the links in the comments.The second step is really to find someone or something you love and surround yourself in that. Focus on that. Being in that state of love will make it easier for you to focus on the bright side of things.
Once you've done that you will truly be on a road to happy life and new beginning. At the end of each chapter I am going to post a challenge of the week, and I want you guys to challenge yourself the best you can and let me know your results in the comments or im.
