Embark on your
journey across the
blue sea, to find
what your restless
heart seeks.
The current will
guide you, trust
in it, as surely as
you would trust in
your own mind.
You may happen
upon my land, and
as you explore its
vastness, the trees
and the mountains,
the sea and the sand,
do so with the lens of
a man that's stumbled
upon beauty he can
barely comprehend.
Promise to love my
land as if it were
your own, to not
revert to being a
sailor on foreign
shores.
