[Location]:[The Hidden Building in Tóngbì City]+(The Next Day)
The building was strategically located in a secure part of the city to ensure extra protection, preventing any intruders or undesirable events.
The Sect Leaders, a group of only ten individuals, sat comfortably in their chairs, chatting casually with one another.
Despite not needing food, they savored the meal, taking their time and enjoying the moment.
With Feng Wang, eager and excited as his feet were twitching, awaited the arrival of his two guests, Dai Shinto and Shen Jing.
His fingers twitched with anticipation, as his main goal was to form a connection with the renowned Divine Doctor, Dai Shinto.
Gaining his support would provide Feng Wang with a significant advantage for him and for his Bai Wu Sect.
In a state of quiet optimism, he mentally prayed to Buddha, hoping for a favorable relationship with Dai Shinto.
[Minutes Later.......]
The door to the dining room opened, and the Sect Leaders fell silent, exchanging curious glances before their eyes turned toward the entrance.
There stood Dai Shinto and his male-wife, Shen Jing, both dressed in modest yet elegant attire.
Shen Jing wore delicate, beautiful jewelry that subtly enhanced his grace without being overly extravagant. Their robes, striking yet tasteful, caught the eye.
As Dai Shinto wore a soft mauve-colored robe, while Shen Jing's attire featured a blend of dusty rose and soft blue-gray, complementing each other perfectly.
They looked like a stunning couple together, and several of the female Sect Leaders whispered quietly to one another, their thoughts unspoken but clearly visible in their glances.
They held back from voicing their opinions, knowing it could stir trouble.
As the silence lingered, Feng Wang stood with a broad smile, his face radiating joy at their arrival.
"Welcome, Lords Dai Shinto and Shen Jing," he said, his tone is professional but warm. "Please, sit beside me. The right side of the table has been reserved for you."
Dai Shinto, without hesitation, nodded his head. "Thank you, Lord Feng," he replied, his voice steady and composed.
Shen Jing, more nervous, simply gave a quiet nod, his gaze avoiding the room as he subtly gripped Dai Shinto's hand. His heart raced in his chest, but he tried his best to exude confidence.
The two of them made their way to the seats near Feng Wang, and though some noticed the small gesture of Shen Jing holding Dai Shinto's hand, no one spoke out of turn.
It was a simple act, unremarkable in its intimacy, and entirely appropriate given their marriage.
As the couple settled in, the Sect Leaders resumed their conversations. The air quickly filled with murmurs of strategy, trade discussions, and plans to secure advantages.
Shen Jing shifted uncomfortably in his seat, feeling out of place as he tried to follow the conversations around him. He understood little of what was being said, the language and politics of the sects foreign to him.
Noticing his discomfort, Dai Shinto leaned closer and whispered into Shen Jing's ear.
"They're just talking among themselves, discussing alliances and trade deals. Nothing to worry about," he murmured, offering him a reassuring smile.
