I'm afraid. Like, all the time
They told me love was something beautiful
And it is
But no one told me the fear that it brings
The fear of losing someone has never been this strong
How can I survive when you're no longer here?
The fear that I'll be not enough one day
You'll leave me, and then what?
You talk about a future
You talk about a life
You talk about forever
You, me a kid and a cat?
But my head
It talks me out of it
Like, will you love me forever? Of will you change your mind someday?
Do you love me like I love you? Or a little less than I love you?
I think about that all the time
They told me love was something beautiful
And it is
But no one told me how it would make you insane
But yeah, I love you
So I will let it go and trust in faith
You me, a kid and a cat?
I think I like that
