"That's the last of it." I said.
"Great. Do you need help unpacking?"
"No, I'm good. Besides, you helped unload."
"Okay then."
"I'm really glad we're doing this."
"I am too."
I smiled and brought my bag to the room.

"Ashton, where are we going?"
"Shopping."
"YOU want to go SHOPPING?"
"Well, I'm gonna be a dad. Better get used to it."
"That's for sure."
"So why are we going shopping?"
"Cause you deserve something."
"Me? I thought this was baby shopping."
"Nope. All you."
"I didn't bring any-"
"I'm paying for it."
"No, Ashton, you don't have to do that-"
"Delilah, let me do this for you."

We pulled up to a store and I got out.
When we got in guess who we saw...

She had her little purse and her stupid soda that she got from the good court!
"Hey Ashton!" She said.
"Dammit." He said under his breath.
"I didn't think to see you over Summer Break!"
"I was hoping not to."
She laughed.
I wanna drop a house of her...
"So, what have you guys been up to?"
"Um..well-"
"We just moved in with each other."
"Oh, wow! That's a big step! Why the rush?" She asked, taking a sip of her drink.
"Cause I'm pregnant."
She spit it out.
"What!?"
"Yeah. I'm having twins."
"Wow. Looks like you can't cut anymore."
"Um...I stopped doing that like 6 months ago so..."
"Oh really?"
"Yep."
"Okay then."
"Have a nice day." I said, walking away and taking Ashton with me.
"What did you do? You know how she has a big mouth."
"Oh fuck her!"
"No. I only do that to you."
I rolled my eyes and laughed.
"Not any time soon."
"Yeah well next time I'll actually have something to prevent this from ever happening again."
"Yeah, I guess. Twins is a lot of work and twins and another kid wouldn't fit right."
"Yeah. I would die way too soon."
