Confederation of the Purple Ducks
Some lazy lore: The CoPD has many military (from the information we've gathered, it seems to be for military purposes) hideouts worldwide. This makes their nation and civilians extremely difficult to track. However, common locations a Purple Duck base has been uncovered is in or near habitats a duck of any species typically lives in, as well as lemonade stands with secret grape stashes. Even with this in mind, due to their international widespread it still proves a challenge to find the iconic yet secretive Purple Ducks.
NOTE: all discovered Purple Duck bases seemed to be abandoned days before troops came in to investigate. How do they know?
