All over again.

I slowly open my eyes. I can feel the cold touch my skin. I pray that I'm not naked. Not again. I take a deep breath and look down. My naked skin is covered in leaves. Not clothes. I sigh. It was a sign, it had to be. I push myself up, trying to figure out where I am. I'm in the woods, obviously. I saw nothing but trees. Everywhere I looked were trees. I sigh again.

After walking what felt like 6 miles, I see a little lake. It wasn't exactly what I wanted at that right moment but cleaning myself would probably feel great. I look around twice and then jump into the water. Its warm, which probably meant it was somewhere around august which would make sense.

I get out of the water and start walking again. I never went far away from a city, so there should be one close. The sun was already getting down and I still had no idea what happened. At least it was new moon so I wouldnt have problems. "You know, you have always problems. Even without the moon anything can happen."

I growl. She always had to ruin the moment. "I can only die when there is a full moon remember?" "Yes, because I am the one who keeps saving your ass." I pick up a little piece of stone and throw it away. "Yeah but you also bring me in problems everytime. I always end up somewhere I don't know." I scream at her.

She had shut up. I start running. I know I am close to a city. I have to be. I never run far away. I stop running. I hear noises in four directions. I hear howls, growling, running. I start to get nervous. I am all alone. They are a pack. I can get killed, or worse. I run towards a tree but before I get there, I change. I feel my body shiver and the next thing I know is that I am on four legs.

I run. I have no idea where I am going but I do know sixteen pair of legs follow me. I jump, I run, I go left, I go right. Everything to get rid of them. I can hear that they are bigger then me. I ask my legs to go faster. I want to be free and they are not helping. I see the lake again right in front of me and jump in it.

I swim, I drown, I swim, I drown. Then I reach the other side of the lake and I get out. I allow myself to look behind me. The four wolves are on the other side of the lake. Maybe to scared to jump. But then I see it. They're not scared, it was their territory. They probably smelled that I wasnt human. The biggest one of then growls and then turns around. Followed by the others.

The moment they are out of sight, I change back. "How could I forget I cant swim." The sun is already down so I decide to find a place to sleep. "You know, you never slept in the woods before at other nights then the full moon one." "Oh shut up. You start to annoy me." I say laying down in some plants. Trying to cover my naked body.
