Jane's POV

The four of us were all sat in a booth at The Dirty Robber. Me and Maura on one side and Frost and Frankie on the other side. We were all laughing and having a good time. It is Friday night and we have the whole weekend off.
I finish my third beer and look around and see that we could all do with another drink.

Jane: I am gonna get another beer. You guys want another drink?

Frost/Frankie: Beer please.

Jane: Okay. You want another glass of wine Maur?

Maura: Actually I would like a beer please Jane.

I smiled at her and went to get the beers. I ordered them and looked at Maura and I smiled. I love her so much. I am in love with my best friend and she does not even know it.

Bartender: Here you go Jane, 4 beers. So, you gonna have a go on the karaoke tonight? You always get a big crowd.

Jane: Thanks Mark. Erm, I might do. If I give you a song could you put it in the system so I could sing it?

Mark: Sure. Anything for one of Boston's finest.

I write down a song in a napkin and give I give it to Mark. I pay for the beers and I take them over to our table and I sit down.

5 minutes later.

Mark: Karaoke time people! First up is our very own Jane Rizzoli.

Everyone looks at me and I get up and take the microphone and I smile as the song comes on.

"Ohhh
Yeah Yeah
The situation turned around
Enough to figure out
That someone else has let you down
So many times I don't know why
But I know we can make it
As long as you say it
So tell me that you love me yeah
And tell me that I take your breath away
And maybe if you take one more
Then I would know for sure
There's nothing left to say
Tell me that you love me anyway.
So tell me that you love me anyway.
Whoa whoa oh."

As I sang I never took my eyes off of Maura. I was singing to her. Only her. She had a look of surprise and love on her face.

"Waking up beside yourself
And what you feel inside
Is being shared with someone else
Nowhere to hide
I don't know why
But I know we can make it
As long as you say it
So tell me that you love me yeah
And tell me that I take your breath away
And maybe if you take one more
Then I would know for sure
There's nothing left to say
But tell me that you love me anyway."

Maura had gotten up from her seat and was slowly walking towards me. Her smile was growing and I looked at her with a smile full of love on my face.

"So tell me that you love me yeah
And tell me that I take your breath away
And maybe if you take one more
Then I would know for sure
There's nothing left to say
But tell me that you love me anyway
Show me look what we found
Turn it around every day
I can hear what you say
Now I know why, know we can make it
If you tell me that you love me yeah
And tell me that I take your breath away
And maybe if you take one more..."

Closer and closer. I was looking into her eyes. I held the microphone and I walked closer to her. I held her hand and smiled.

"So tell me that you love me yeah
And tell me that I take your breath away
Maybe if you take one more
Then I would know for sure."

We were now stood toe to toe. Looking into each other's eyes. No one else mattered right now. It is just the two of us.

"There's nothing left to say
But tell me that you love me anyway."

The song finishes and people start clapping and cheering but all eyes are on Maura.

"I love you Jane Rizzoli." Maura said with a smile.

"I love you too Maura Isles." I replied and I kissed her.

She loves me. Maura Isles, the love of my life loves me. I kiss her slowly and passionately and we both smile.

The whole bar is watching us and clapping and cheering. Maura and I start laughing and I hug her tightly.

God, I love this woman and she loves me back. My life is perfect.
