Zeus tried to harm me,
Medusa finds my face fine,
I'm so done.

So there they were, Annabeth, Grover, and Rhea, walking through the woods along the New Jersey riverbank, the glow of New York City making the night sky yellow behind them, and the smell of the Hudson reeking in their noses.
Grover was shivering and braying, his big goat eyes turned slit-pupiled and full of terror. "Three Kindly Ones. All three at once."
"I'm going to start blaming Zeus for every miserable thing that is happening and will happen in my life," Rhea said.
"Do it! My pathetic excuse of a counterpart deserves it. How useless!" ROR Zeus spat.
Everyone looked at him wide-eyed, hearing the venom in his voice. Rhea just smirked and shot finger guns at him in reply.
RJO Zeus clenched his fist, infuriated with the remarks that were thrown at him. He was very annoyed that he couldn't do anything.
*THUNDER*
Rhea rolled her eyes. "Thunder, thunder, crack, crack, boom, boom." She then looked at Grover. "Look at it from the good side, at least we still have our belongings!" She said while pointing at the backpacks.
"I'm glad you acted fast and killed them, and that it wasn't you that died there," Annabeth said.
Rhea's eyebrow twitched. Please tell me that she isn't about to say what I think she will say.
"It's just that if you died ... aside from the fact that it would really suck for you, it would mean the quest was over. This may be my only chance to see the real world." Annabeth said.
Rhea's head slowly turned to the side to look at the blond, her right arm slowly raised before she brought her fist down on top of her head.
It was strong enough to make Annabeth see stars.
"WHAT WAS THAT FOR???!!!" Annabeth screamed.
"You know exactly what you said to deserve that punch," Rhea said.
Annabeth groaned before she turned to look at Grover for backup, the satyr turned the other way suddenly interested in the trees more than usual.
"That was very rude dear," commented RJO Hestia with a frown.
RJO Annabeth rubbed the back of her neck, growing embarrassed as she felt RJO Hestia's disapproving gaze on her.
RJO Hestia shook her head, her tone calm but firm. "Annabeth, do you understand why what you said was wrong?"
RJO Annabeth nodded her head and replied with pursed lips. "Yes, I was very selfish and insensitive when I was young."
"Thank chaos you grew out of it pretty quickly." quipped Rhea with a smirk.
"Sorry Rhea, I was a little selfish back then." apologised RJO Annabeth, wincing slightly.
"A little? Really?" Rhea looked at her in disbelief, while RJO Annabeth cringed at her choice of words, snickering lightly in embarrassment and amusement at the face Rhea made. "You basically said my life isn't as important as your chance to sightsee."
