"How about you invite over that lovely boyfriend of yours for dinner, we have more than enough to share." Dohoon suddenly heard, as his mother entered the living room. She saw her son laying, in what seemed to be, in an extremely uncomfortable position. "Also, sit up, you'll end up hurting yourself if you continue sitting like that." She spoke, tapping her son's shoulder. He nodded and immediately sat up rather straight. He then went on his phone and invited Shinyu over.

He waited for a moment for him to reply. But he read his message almost instantly. He was just such a slow typer, so he had to wait ages for him to reply with the single word: sure. Without any punctuation or capitalisation. He rolled his eyes playfully and waited for him to tell him when he'd arrive.

Once he got the last message he went to see his mother. "Do you need help for dinner? Shinyu's over in a couple of minutes." She hummed, and then shook her head. But, only a couple of seconds later, she opened the drawer. "Set the table Dohoon." She spoke, the boy nodded and grabbed three sets of cutlery. He took some plates out as well, and set them on the counter. So that she could fill them up.

Once he was done with that, he went back to the living room. He laid on the bed before quickly fixing his position so he wouldn't be criticized.

A couple of minutes later, he heard some noise coming from outside of the front door. He almost jumped off the couch when he heard the doorbell. He opened it in a hurry and hugged him instantly. He had hugged him so tightly, that it was almost impossible for him to breathe.

Only a couple of seconds, once Shinyu caught his breath, he gave him a kiss on the lips. A short one, as always. And no more than a peck.

"C'mon now." He spoke, and stuck out his hand, so that he would follow him. He nodded and removed his shoes. He entered the living room and greeted his boyfriend's mother.

She turned around and faced her son. "Dohoon, could you put the plates on the table?" She asked, not waiting for an answer, she already handed him a full plate. He nodded and put it in between the cutlery he had placed earlier.

He passed in front of Shinyu awkwardly standing in the hallway multiple times. Every time, he smiled at him. The confused look on his face looked so cute. "Come Shinyu." He spoke, making him sit in the chair, between the family. "Thank you for inviting me Mrs. Kim." The older boy thanked her. She smiled and nodded. "Not a problem, Ive been wanting to see who was making Dohoon so smiley all the time." Shinyu chuckled and turned to his boyfriend, who was hiding his blushing face.

They were about to start, but the home phone rang, so his mother stood up. She told them to already start eating. "Your mothers nice." He suddenly said, Dohoon turned to his side and nodded. "Yeah, I'm glad." He replied and rested his head on his shoulder.

"She almost never makes meals this good. Shes usually working, or preparing for work." He said, eating the meal. He had put in quite a huge amount in his mouth which made Shinyu laugh. "You look like a hamster!" He kissed his cheeks, which were filled with food.

"I really like you Dohoon." He spoke, he didnt know how to reply to that. He started at his, now, almost completely empty plate. "Me too, Shinyu-hyung."
