Chapter Seven~

~Skylar's POV~

"Okay, this is the last song we're going to be doing!" Michael, one of Luke's band mates and friends said into his microphone.

"And, it's a new song!" Luke said, over all the screaming. "I'm not sure why, but there's this girl I can't get out of my head," His eyes scanned the crowd, "So after a lot of begging," He laughed a bit, "I wrote this about her. So Skybaby, here."

I shook my head, obviously not me.

"This is Daylight!" Ashton said, beginning to drum, as Calum began playing his bass.

I rolled my eyes as Michael joined in. They look so.. happy on stage? Like nothing like most pop artists do, where they seem miserable and want to live. They seem happy.. Like they never want to leave the stage?

"I can't look at you in the same light, knowing what you did to my heart doesn't feel right.

Yeah my heads been tripping all night, I need another point of view," Luke finally began singing.

I just sat, well stood, there and took in the lyrics. He calls me Skybaby, but this obviously isn't about me. Well, hopefully.

"I got a friend who's addicted to sci-fi," Michael joined in, singing with Luke, "He's read every comic, he's addicted to Twilight. He'll give you the goosebumps but he's never lead me wrong."

"He said, she's got a method of killing. Pulling you in like you're gonna start kissing. Fooling around until you've lost all feeling. Sucking you're blood until your heart stops beating," I couldn't make out who was singing anymore over all the screams, and I was no longer looking at the stage. I was looking to the ground.

"Before we started it was over!" I heard Luke basically scream. "I feel our bodies getting colder! She gives me a feeling that I can't fight! And it's all a road that leads to no where, but all I wanna do is go there! She's got me running from the daylight!"

"Daylight!" Ashton screamed, this boy is so ridiculous, banging on his drums.

"I got a taste for it and I'm obsessed!" All the boys but Ashton sang, "Lying here no fear of the darkness! Now I'm not happy, unless I'm close enough to you!"

They sang the rest of the song, and finally Luke sang the last part, quietly, "I feel our bodies getting colder. She gives me a feeling that I can't fight. And it's all a road that leads to no where, but all I wanna do is go there. She's got me running from the daylight. Daylight."

I saw Luke's eyes scan the crowd, looking for someone. Not sure who.

"Goodnight, Syd-" Ashton began to yell, but got cut off by Luke.

"Uh, sorry," Luke mumbled, "C-can I just say something?" The boys nodded and the crowd just screamed. "I've been looking in the crowd all night for this one girl, who calls me Lucas, and I call Skybaby. Skylar, where are you? Seriously?"

I just awkwardly slid down. I mean, what would you do? Walk up there and be like 'Hey guys what's up? That song about him being trapped in a relationship, that's me!' Like what the fuck?

"Skylar," Michael started, "Did you leave? Luke needs you.. come here."

I awkwardly sat there. I mean, it's a different Skylar right? Luke walked off stage, and to a body guard. Not sure what he was saying to him, because Hell, I can't read lips.

Soon I felt huge arms wrap around me and pick me up.

"What in the actual fuck?" I mumbled to myself. I would've normally guessed Luke but we cuddle so much I know these aren't his arms.
