Ana POV

I texted my dad during 3rd period to let him know his amazing daughter had 2 hours to spend in detention today after school. He asked what for and I simply replied 'sleeping'. I knew I had pushed my luck when I decided to fall asleep. 3rd period went on for what felt like a century but a good century because Tori did everything she thought she could do to get detention but she couldn't. It was a nice gesture but she was not programmed to handle detention with anybody. At the end of the day I walked back to Mr. Lawrence's to serve an eternity in hell with Christian. I was definitely not up for this and I tried being an angel to Mr. Lawrence to try and get out of it but nothing worked he simply sent me to the back of the room as if sentencing me to my death.

"So first time?" I jumped at the sudden break of silence and looked over. It was just Christian. "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." He said as a slight grin crept upon his tan face.

"I'll have you know I've been here tons of times." He threw his hands in the air as if to surrender.

"At least you're proud of that." I felt the blood rush to my cheeks. Fantastic, he must think I am a freak! But why do I care? He is just a self-centered dumbass who got detention everyday, not to mention COUNTLESS Saturday schools. I scoffed and rolled my eyes as he laughed. I swear I saw Mr.Lawrence staring at Christian almost the entire time, which I found slightly disturbing. I pulled out a book by one of my favorite authors and began to read, praying this would go by fast.

Christians POV

A natural blonde girl strolled in the classroom, a British flag printed backpack hung over her left shoulder. She walked straight up to Mr. Lawrence's desk, probably trying to get out of detention, but it failed. She trudged her way to the back, an upset frown on her face, and unknowingly sat right beside me. She immediately put her head down and I smiled knowing that was what got her here in the first place.

"First time?" I said and she jumped. She looked at me, a puzzled look on her face which quickly turned into disgust.

"I'll have you know I've been here tons of times." I threw my hands up and looked at the desk.

"At least you're proud of it." I said trying to keep my face straight, but I failed. Eventually she grabbed a book out of her bag, leaving me with nothing to do. I looked at her again and realized how perfect her cheekbones and natural pink cheeks were. I couldn't help but stare, which she unfortunately noticed.

"What are you doing?" she asked, sounding almost offended. I shook my head trying to clear my head of my previous thoughts and answered her.

"You have something in your hair." I said, pointing to a bow that was clipped in her perfect blonde hair. She nodded and replied in a sarcastic tone.

"Yeah, Christian that's supposed to be there." I mentally face-palmed myself and felt my cheeks warm up. I quickly looked down at some word carved into my desk, I began to pick at it, not knowing what I was doing. I could see her out of the corner of my eye twirling golden strands of her hair on her index finger. I didn't want her to think I was a creep so I put my head down and faced the other way. I eventually relaxed and fell asleep for the rest of detention. When I woke everyone was gone. I sat up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes and stretched, I felt my face scrunch up in a weird stretching face and I looked to my left. The girl was sitting, her head was down, and I figured she had fallen asleep so I took the liberty of waking her up to tell her that detention was over. She groaned and hit my arm. I stood up and stretched some more before heading out of the room. It felt wrong to leave her in there alone, but I continued down the hall, only to hear footsteps behind me and I smiled. I couldn't wait until tomorrow, maybe I would finally ask her what her name was.

Ana's POV

I sat in my dad red pick up truck and we drove to the store to pick up some milk. My brother Eric was in the back texting some girl as I sat in the front blaring Maroon 5 One More Night. It was pizza night, which  I knew I would be responsible for ordering today since I had detention, which wasn't all that bad. As I sat in the front seat, I could hear my brother laughing at some text he had just got. Curiosity hit me like a brick and I turned around to see what the commotion was about.

"What are you laughing at?" I asked raising my eyebrows at him. Instead of answering he held up his iPhone 5 and shoved it in my face.  I nearly choked on the air I was breathing and turned around quickly. My cheeks grew warm and I put my head down in shame. I could only hope my brother was the only one that received that picture.
