High Hrothgar, home of the Greybeards.
Arngeir knelt in the snow with his brothers. They had bowed their heads in prayer when they had received the note from the Dragonborn only two nights ago. It came in their chest where their food and provisions were stored from the outside world. She wanted to call another meeting, with the Imperils and Stormcloaks, to help prevent a war and turn it against the Thalmor.
Arngeir thought highly of her, she spared Paarthunaax when the Blades called for his death, but the Greybeards didn't want to get involved in the War, they never did. Arngeir thought about writing back to her, telling her it wasn't possible to involve the Greybeards in something like a human war. But he wanted to pray on it.
As he prayed, he felt the ground shake as a dragon landed. The Greybeards stood up and bowed their heads to the leader of their order.
"Paarthunaax." Arngeir said, as his brothers of the Order murmured softly. "It is has if you have heard our prayers....about the Dragonborn."
The old dragon's milky eyes blinked and he raised his old head. "I have, and I have seen as Skyrim cries for peace. She is asking if she could hold another meeting with the Empire and Stormcloacks for establishment of peace?"
"And to bring War to the Thalmor." Arngeir said. "The Greybeards have never sided in the war before...or cried for bloodshed...but this....."
"It is different, is it not?" The old dragon hummed.
Arngeir nodded.
Paarthunaax lifted his head, and smelled the cold air. "The winds of change of ahead of us, if either for good or bad, that is up to us."
He turned down to the Greybeards, "I give my blessing for the meeting in order to bring peace to Skyrim and Tamriel. What say you....my children?"
Arngeir hesitated, and then nodded. "I will write back to her, and let her know, that we will be willing to host them for a path to peace."
