Gemini had always been the cool, aloof one. The one who stood a little taller in a crowd, with an air of confidence that made heads turn. He was the kind of guy whose presence demanded attention—handsome in a way that made people pause, tall and lean, with messy dark hair that seemed to fall perfectly in place without effort. His sharp eyes often held a playful, teasing gleam, and his demeanor was always just a little too cool to be easily understood.

But when it came to Fourth, Gemini felt like he could finally take off that mask. He didn't have to be the picture-perfect, untouchable guy. He didn't have to act like the world was his stage. With Fourth, he was just... Gemini.

They had been best friends since childhood—inseparable, really. They had grown up together, played together, and shared countless moments that formed the foundation of their bond. But something had changed. Over the past few months, Gemini had found himself feeling things he didn't quite know how to handle. It wasn't just admiration. No, it was deeper than that. It was the flutter in his chest when Fourth laughed, the way his heart raced whenever their hands brushed, the way he couldn't help but notice the little things about Fourth—his soft, pretty features, the way his hair fell just right, or how his eyes sparkled when he talked about something he loved.

Gemini hated it. But he couldn't stop it.

And so, after much contemplation, Gemini had done the only thing he could think of. He wrote a letter.

He didn't want to confess directly—not yet. So, he did what he thought was safest. He wrote a letter in the form of a secret admirer, a way of putting his feelings out into the world without fully owning them.

It was a bold move for someone who usually hid behind his calm, cool persona. But it felt right.

Gemini had written carefully, each word carefully crafted. "I have loved you in silence, and I will continue to do so, no matter how this letter finds you. But if you ever feel the same, you'll know. I'm here, waiting. Your Secret Admirer."

Gemini knew Fourth better than anyone, and he knew that Fourth would recognize his handwriting immediately. He would know it was from him. But that's exactly what Gemini wanted. He needed Fourth to figure it out himself, without the pressure of a face-to-face confession.

That was the plan. Simple, really.

The next day, Fourth found the letter. He had been walking to his apartment after a long day of classes when he noticed the envelope lying on his doorstep. It wasn't a letter he was expecting, and it was oddly placed—deliberately so, like someone wanted him to find it.

He bent down and picked it up, instantly feeling the weight of the paper in his hands. The envelope was neat, carefully sealed with a little wax emblem. His heart gave a curious flutter as he turned it over, his fingers brushing the corners. A sense of familiarity washed over him as soon as he saw the elegant, flowing handwriting on the front.

Gemini? He thought.

He didn't waste any time. His fingers carefully peeled open the envelope, unfolding the letter with a mix of excitement and confusion. As his eyes scanned the words, his heart beat a little faster.

The message was simple, but it made his chest tighten. His mind immediately went to the obvious conclusion: this letter could only be from one person. There was no one else it could be.

And as Fourth reached the end, he couldn't help but smile softly to himself, feeling a warmth spreading through him.

"Your Secret Admirer."
