Your POV ☆
I was sitting silently, minding my own business when i felt a sudden pain in my belly. "Ouch" My mom and step dad looked at me worriedly. "Y/N, are you in pain?" She asked. I felt my dad's hand on my shoulder, comforting me. "A-are you going into labor? but.. the baby's not due for another ten days. How is this happening?" My dad said.
Mom glared at him and sighed, "The due date is just a date. Y/N was also born a week earlier than expected too."
It hurts so bad now that i am tearing up. I can feel my stepdad panicking. "Then i should hurry up and call for a police car.. I mean a fire truck– no, an ambulance!" He is so nervous that his hand is also shaking while contacting the ambulance.
I got up from my sit while my mom helps me. "Do you think you can walk?" She asked. I looked at him with tears in my eyes due to pain, "Why are you doing this? This isn't like you. You should just enjoy your wedding." i said.
'For all of my life, she's held a grudge against me. She's always made me feel lonely. What's gotten into her, and why is she acting like a mom right now?'
I felt someone holding my arm. My husband, Sanzu, he's here. "i'll take her."
(📍hospital's elevator )
"How are you feeling now, y/n?" i looked at her but respond. "You need to prepare yourself too, Sanzu. This is just the beginning, so you need to be strong for her." She said. Her eyes widened when i harshly removed his hands on my arm.
"What do you want from me?" I said.
"What do you mean..?"
I can feel my tears coming out of my eyes, "Why are you trying to act like a mom now? this isn't like you. Just pretend i don't exist like usual, and stop confusing me." She frozed, looking at me with teary eyes. Sanzu is now holding me, comforting me. "You were never there for me when i really needed you. Why now?" Is she trying to get my hopes up just to be left all by myself again?
