The landing

Lincolns POV

I was out with a team of hunters at the break of dawn looking for all the food we can since winter is near. They need me because I am the best tracker in the village, otherwise no hunt. We were circling a dear ready to attack when we heard a load bang in the sky.
It was a ship hurling towards the ground at intense speed.
The deer ran into the forest frightened from the loud bang.
"We should get back" said one of the hunters.
We all agreed and quickly made our way back to the village, where we had a  surprise greet from anya.
"Lincoln I have sent a team over to the dropsite to study the ship, I need you to go catch up with them"
"Why me"
"I need someone I can trust out there"
I could see the worry in her eyes so I just gave her a weak nod and ran to catch up with the team.

Octavia's POV
I could not stop smiling. EARTH! The place I have been dreaming of and finally I can go there.
Some people were so exited they got out of there seats and started floating around the place. I was about to follow when a blonde girl started raising her voice.
"Stop, get back in your seats" she shouted.
I was trying to fit in so I just stayed in my seat. we hit what felt like a huge bump.
"Parachutes" the guy next to me said.
He started laughing
"Atom" he said holding his hand out.
"Octavia" I said returning the hand shake.
"How did you get arrested?" he asked me.
I did not want to tell him that i was the girl who stayed in a cupboard for 16 years. I was trying to fit in.
I hesitated before saying,
"Stealing" I said
Which is true because I was told I was stealing there oxygen, food and water.
"And you?" I asked
"I don't really want to talk about it" he said looking at the floor.
I understood what he was saying, I did not really want to talk about it either.
We hit the floor with a quick bang. the ship fell silent, then loads of people starting unclipping there seatbelts. I waited for everyone to get down before I made my way down the ladder and the closer I got to the bottom I heard a familiar voice. I could not believe my eyes.
"Bellamy" u sId with a hint of disbelief that it might not be said.
"octavia" he said.
I made my way through the crowd and gave him a long hug.
"Get a room" a girl said
"Do you mind I have not seen my brother in ages" I spat
"No one has a brother" a boy questioned
"That's Octavia Blake, the mistake" a girl said laughing. u started running at her but my brother grabbed my wrist.
"Don't worry she is not worth it" he said.
"Okay let's open the door" the blonde girl said.
