(Terra's P.O.V)
A week after the traumatizing event, we had MORE traumatizing events. Well, at least for me they were traumatizing, Serena seemed cool as a cucumber when we were faced with these hideous monsters. I am so jealous of her! Hey Terra, what's with that pouty face?" Serena said, pulling me out of my thoughts. I looked at her with an exhausted expression.
"How can you be so calm and collected after seeing all these hideous creatures?" I exclaim louder than I probably should have. Serena motioned for me to be quiet.
"Well I told you, I guess I can handle more intense things, And I have no gag reflexes." she smiled at me mockingly."Come on, we gotta go find more supplies. I can't believe that you drank almost half our water supplies in almost two days." she rolled her eyes and frowned a little bit. I blushed hard and mumbled sorry under my breath. I couldn't help that I was that thirsty! After a few hours of picking up edible food, I finally found a half full water bottle. I smiled triumphantly and put it in the small satchel like bag that Serena had found for me. It was actually quite nice. I could have totally worn it out if it weren't so dirty and worn out . I continued for my quest to find supplies when I heard a clanking noise, like someone banged into something. I stiffened and stood very still. I looked to my left and right to see if Serena was there, but unfortunately she wasn't. I took a deep breath and tried to remember what Serena had taught me to do in these kinds of situations. I slowly backed away and reached the closest door I could find, which was thankfully very very close. The door creaked ever so slightly as i opened it very slowly. I cringed. The slight sound seemed like an enormous alarm saying "Hey monster, she is over here!". I tiptoed back into the dark room and gave a relieved sigh as I finished closing the door. I looked at the door knob to see if it had a lock, and it didn't. God dammit! I looked to my right and left but didn't see anything that would help me block the door. dammit, i guess i have to just hold the door closed until the mutant thing goes.
It was almost about an hour (or so i thought.) before I finally let go of the door handle. I wiped the sweat from my face. I opened the door a little and looked out of it. good, the coast is clear. I take a deep breath and slowly pushed the door open.
I take one step out and breath in the well... fresh-ER air. I give out a shrug and walk all the out of the room closing the door behind me.
I start to reverse my tracks when all a sudden a gush of wind flew behind me, and without warning I was slammed to the ground.
"OW!, Hey what the hell are yo-" my mouth was then covered by a somewhat muscular hand, not big enough to be an adult I would say maybe someone in their teens or early 20s.
"If I hear one more sound out you, I won't hesitate to slit your throat in two seconds flat. Understand?" It took me a moment to recognize that the figure that was me down was holding a knife at my neck. My eyes widen as I slowly shook my head yes. He nodded in responses and removed he hand from my mouth, yet he was still on top of me holding me down. He stood a little straight and removed the hoodie that had been covering his face.
Due to the broken light flickering from the ceiling I couldn't really see him at that well. But what I did see was a boy around Serena's age. He was a pretty tall male with ginger hair styled up, and really dark eyes that they looked pretty close to black. Besides that he was really attractive. Probably the most attractive boy I have ever met. Although sad thing about this guy was, he was trying to kill me.
"Where is the rest of your group? Are they in the same building?" He asked sternly his british accent peeking through like a sore thumb. "Group? What group are you talking about? Who are you? Let me GO! You bastard!" I struggled under his weight trying the break free. He must do some kind of training in his free time because he would not budge!
"Stop fighting! I know you guys guys have been spying on us for a few days now. You fallen ones aren't getting away from us anymore!" His hand drew back to my mouth I took the opportunity stick my teeth in his flesh tasting blood. He grunted in pain as fell backwards. I let go of his hand the stumble to my feet running as fast as I could. I had to find Serena, and fast.
