"I'm not going into class today, I have a doctors appointment."

I send harry a quick text just in case he gets worried.

I wipe my nose and get out of the stall.

My eyes are red and puffy from all the crying I did, the space between my thumb and index finger is filled with small indentions from all the picking and digging I did at it with my nails, and my hairs a rats nest.

I freshen up and try to look somewhat okay.

As I open the bathroom door and walk towards my locker, I hear someone call out my name.

"Tomlinson? Tomlinson!" Great, it's Mr. Burleson. He's a cool teacher and all, I just don't want to talk to anyone. I don't want any advice, I'll figure out my own life problems alone... Like always.

"What are you doing out here? Shouldn't you be in class?"

I look down and let out a desperate breath.

"Actually I'm heading home, I feel sick." I keep my head down so he doesn't notice my eyes, they were starting to water again.

"Are you sure? If theirs anything going on, Im sure I can help you with it louis..."

Still looking down I nod.

"No sir, I promise I'm just sick. Maybe it was something I ate this morning, I'll be fine."

"Okay, just checking in kid. My office doors are always open if you need anything."

He continues eyeing me for a while and heads off.

"Thanks Mr. Burleson."

I make sure he's out of sight before putting my books back in my locker.

"Hey mum, I feel a bit sick. Could you call the school so they make sure I'm not skipping? I'll be heading home now."

I send a quick text to my mum. I can't help but feel bad for lying but I don't want to stay here. It makes my Anxiety spike up. Honestly, school is the worst place for someone like me.

My phone starts buzzing, it's my mum.

"Are you going to be okay? What's wrong sweetie? I could cancel lunch with Pam and head straight home to take care of you if you want me to."

"No mum, I'll be fine. Just a stomach ache is all. Tell Pam I said hi for me please?"

"Fine Louis, when I get home I'll stop by the pharmacy and get you something. Take care darling, Love you!"
