"Alright kids, last day of school, field trip time!"
Said the principle on the intercom. I sighed, I never liked going on field trips. Especially since we're going to a carnival/water park kind of thing. One, I'm scared of heights and two, can't swim.
Everyone started cheering as they left the room, out onto the bus.
"Hey! Let shorty get in first! Don't want to loose her underneath your shoes!"
Shouted Minso, the most liked girl in this place. I got in the bus first, followed her orders, and wasn't that hurt. It happened daily.
No one usually sat next to me, so I put my bag on the space on the seat. I put on my earphones, closed my eyes, and laid my head back. I lightly rocked my head to the beat of the song.

Once we got to the place, I tried to stay away from everyone as possible. But, of course I found Minso and her clique.
"Sorry but I don't think you could go on this ride, it seems you're too short." She said while making the fakest sorry face.
"I wasn't planning to."
I found an empty bench and sat down. She flipped her hair out of her face and walked away. I sighed and smiled. I really liked looking at the sky. Mostly at night of course. It helped me think. I put my earphones on again and closed my eyes. Until I felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked and saw a boy with pinkish hair and an oversized sweater.
"May I sit with you?" He asked.
I just nodded and took my earphones off.
"Why are you sitting out here alone?"
"I don't really like rides."
"Do you mind if I ask why?"
"I-I'm... I only like water rides." I mentally facepalmed myself.
"You're scared aren't you?"
"N-no."
"Then let's go!" He grabbed my hand and pulled me towards a line. Unfortunately, it went by fast.
"You said you liked water rides. So this one is a log that we sit in, and there's a huge drop going down into the water. You get pretty wet on the way and it's very high up."
Great.
Once we started getting close to the log thingy, my heart started beating in fear. When I see something like this, I think of all the possible ways of death. The rails can break, we fall to our death. The cart can fly off, breaking our necks, causing instant death. Etc.
We sat inside and made our way into the cave. The cave had happy songs, cute little characters, trying to calm you from your soon to be dead. I closed my eyes and tried to calm down. My favorite song played in my head. I rested my hand on the bar next to me. This was nice. Just blocking everything out. I then felt something squeeze my hand lightly, my heart beat faster, and I slowly started to fall foward. I looked and saw the boy I didn't even know holding my hand as we were about to go down the drop. Oh my gosh. It was so steep and it was a huge drop. He wasnt kidding. I gripped his hand back as I felt the pressure of going down. Freezing water splashed at my sides as I heard him scream. My eyes were just shut tight, praying for my life, when I felt one big splash down at the bottom. I opened them again and looked around. We were about to finish the ride and came back around where we started. I started shivering, the water was very cold. I saw arms wrap around my shoulders and it suddenly got warmer. I felt my face redden.
"My name is Jihoon."
"But call me Woozi."
