Amilly Story: After Math

Chapter Four

Lilly's POV: 

I woke up feeling WONDERFUL. 

Yes. Yesterday was harsh. But I cried it off. I thought about my life, my decisions, my emotions. I decided to  do what Aman told me and just learn to deal with my emotions because I'm stronger than them. He's right. I've been through a lot and my brain is trying to adapt. 

I got out of bed, wore my ripped jeans, white converse, black shirt and went to the family room. Aman wasn't there, so I started looking for him. As I was going down the stairs, I heard him happily humming. The sound was coming from the kitchen so I went there. I found him chopping some vegetables for omelettes. 

Lilly: watchaaa doing? 

Aman: oh hey!!! Look who woke up happy! I'm making breakfast 

Lilly: I feel great. Thank you so much *smiles* Its been a while since I woke up feeling great. 

Aman: I am glad!! Its good to see the bubbly Lilly again! Breakfast is almost ready.

Aman's POV: 

My heart is happy that she is happy. Her smile brightened my entire day. I continued preparing the food and she was jokingly bugging me, slapping me, stealing the food and helping me a bit. We had so much fun preparing the food. we kept laughing and showing off our cooking skills. 

She then took a picture of me without me knowing and captioned it "Coming to steal your aunties" and showed it to me and said "I'm gonna hit send" I laughed and said "NOOO! I LOOK LIKE CRAP IN THAT PICTURE" 

She laughed and sarcastically said " no you look fine" 

Her back was facing me and she was busy picking a filter so I placed the knife on the counter and sneaked behind her back and pulled the phone from between her hands. 

She went after me, jumped on my back and tried to take it back. I started teasing her and she kept trying to take the phone from me. She got off my back to face me and got close to me as I was holding the phone as high as I can and her hand was also high trying to grab it. We were both looking at the phone, laughing 

 "give it back Aman"

 "its mine now"

"I wont send please" 

While she was trying to grab it, I looked at her and couldn't look away. 

Lilly's POV: 

I was trying to take my phone back, when i saw him at the corner of my eye looking at me. We were so close. So I looked at him. 

Our eyes met and we stared at each other for about one minute. 

As they were looking at each other, Aman placed the phone on the counter and placed his hand on her cheek. 

He looked at her lips then back to her eyes. She looked at his lips and back to his eyes. 

Their heads got closer and closer. 

She wanted to back off but looking at his eyes made her go closer to him. 

He finally pressed his lips on hers. 

After two seconds, she started kissing him back. She placed her hands around his waist and he placed his other hand on the other cheek. The kiss was slow and passionate. Just like old times. 

They pulled apart and their eyes met again. 

Aman smiled. 

Lilly paused for 3 seconds and said: 

I know I shouldn't have come to London. 

She pushed him away and went upstairs running.
