Chloe's POV
After Red left my mom, dad and I took me to get something's for my dorm, some new clothes, and to eat a little something to hold me till dinner with Red,Maddox, and Qoh. We arrived before they did some we ordered some appetizers till they got here.
I was eating bread when I saw Red come in through the door and did she look beautiful. Her hair was down her her back wavy, her shirt was off the shoulders, her skirt just above her knees and her boots complimented the look. She look stunning, it was taking everything in me not to say anything.
"Wow Red you look nice." My mom said as my dad nodded his head agreeing with her, "thank you Mr and Mrs. Charming" Red said blushing just a little. Maddox sat across from my dad, red sat next to me, her mom sat in front of her, and my mom on the side of me sitting in front of Qoh.
"How was your time with your mom Red?" My mom asked making me look at Red, she looked up at my mom. "It was fun, I got to buy a few things and try a latte for the first time." I smiled at her, she smiled back but the smile didn't quite reach her eyes. Something is bothering hr i can tell, but I'm not gonna press her about this right now.
"That's fun, how are you Bridget we haven't had the time to talk or anything since we last saw each other?" Qoh huffed, "I'm doing well, just ruling wonderland as always. Getting ready to make red queen soon," qoh said as the waiter walked up.
The waiter came and took our orders. My mom picked back up the conversation. "Queen huh? Red that's amazing, you're gonna be just like your mom." My mom said smiling at Red. I looked over at red and say her smile drop, "Yes just like my mom I can't wait." Red said playing with her fingers under the table. i turned fully to red and whispered in her ear, "Red are you okay?" She looked me in my eyes and nodded.
"Yea I'm fine, but I do have something to tell you later." Red said whispering in my ear, i nodded and turned back fully to see the Qoh looking me weirdly, i froze on spot. Why is she looking at me like that? I brushed it off and soon after we got out food.
We all started eating and once we finished the waiter came back to give us the check. " the bill is on us." My dad said pulling out his card to pay for the food. "Why thank you charming." Qoh said taking a napkin and wiping her face.
After the check was paid for, we all sat and just talked for a little while. I looked at Red and nodded at her. She looked so scared but she nodded back and i cleared my throat to get everyone's attention, "uh hum, um mom,dad,qoh, and Maddox Red and I have an announcement." I said straighten my back and holding Red's had under the table. "You have our full attention sweetie." My mom and dad both said.
I took a deep breath and just said it " Red and I are in a relationship, and we love each other very much." I just blurted out. It was silent for a minute, I couldn't quite read the Qoh's expression but my parents they looked happy.
"That's amazing Chloe. I'm happy you found someone who is fit for you." My dad said smiling at me and then looking at Red. "Treat her right okay?" My dad said to Red making her smile. " yes sir, I will." Red said making me smile from ear to ear.
"Red lets go!" Qoh said with his stern voice making Red jump a little. "What why?!" Qoh glanced at her. "Red I said let's go NOW!" She yelled making Red eyes a little teary. "No she's not leaving, why are you not happy for your daughter?" I said standing up and pulling Red up with me.
"Red don't let this girl fool you, she will stab you in the back just like her mother did me!" The queen said looking at Cinderella and rolling her eyes. "Mother stop!" Red said barely whispering, "you're making a scene." The queen had this evil look on his face.
"Little girl let go of Red RIGHT this instant." The queen yelled again making red jump squeezing my hand. "No I'm not letting her go." I said pulling out my sword. "Chloe stop you're gonna get yourself hurt"Maddox and my dad both said looking worried. "Oh so you want to talk back to me and pull your sword out?" She said with a stern voice, "you just broke a law, and that means OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!" She said flicking her cards out which mad guards appear taking me away. "NOO!" Red yelled chasing after me before the guards grabbed her
I just excepted my fate, I can't go against the Qoh.
