PLEASE READ:

I think I owe you all some answers.

Believe it or not, I actually finished Bloody Mate three months ago. I had it saved in Microsoft Word document, in a flash drive I bought specifically for my writing because at that time, my internet was fucking up. There were five whole chapters and an epilogue, all edited and ready to be published. I don't know how, but that flash drive is no where to be find. I looked EVERYWHERE. At home, at school, at all the houses I had visited in the last four months and nothing. I was and still am PISSED. I didn't want to write it all again until now. I was being selfish and lazy. I have no one to blame but myself, I could have been more responsible with where I leave my stuff.

So I'm writing again, actually changing a bit of what I wrote before. I hope you guys like this chapter, the original one was better. Expect an update before 11:59pm on Sunday, September 27th.

I now its been forever and I probably lost some readers. But the ones who stayed, I send you my apologizes and a billion thank yous.

*BTW, might want to reread either chapters or the whole book if your lost or don't remember what happened. Or wait for someone to comment the plot and what has recently happened.

Ok on with the book!

Enjoy :)

Angelo's P.O.V.

My wolf was very hesitant on trusting Cassidy on this. She could be leading us to a trap. But what other choice do I have? The doors were sealed closed; there was no way in, according to my knowledge. If there is another entrance, I'm going to take the risk. Jewels and Maya were in there with that good for nothing warlock. I had to get them back.

We were running down a flight of stairs, light dimmed enough to see shadows. I could tell Lucas and Rain were worried, scared and I would be lying if I said I wasn't too. Therefore, I ordered their wolves and mine to surface, take over when we reach Jewels and Maya. We had two goals: get Jewels and Maya out safely and eliminate the warlock. I didn't want our human emotions getting in the way of anything.

"There's a hole in the back of the last flight of stairs. We'll go through there. There are several tunnels. Follow the middle one and when you reach the dead end-"

"Why are you helping us?" Rain interrupted. Cassidy stopped, bringing all of us into a halt. We don't have time for this, I internally groaned. Rain had her bobbed hair into the smallest ponytail I have ever seen, a few hairs falling out of it. Her brown eyes were hard, almost glaring at Cassidy.

"They betrayed me." She said simply, avoiding eye contact with any of us. "There's no reason for me to stay loyal to them. I didn't want this to happened, believe me." Her voice was wavering. "I just wanted to be back in the pack."

"There's a reason why you aren't-" Rain started.

"That's something you could have talked to me or my father about. Not a vampire clan." I interrupted. "Now enough talk about this. Lets keep going, we don't have time." I began running down the remaining flights of stairs, my thoughts on whats going to happen to Cassidy.

Since a child, Cassidy has always been unpredictable: her hair was dyed into all the possible shades of pink and blue starting at the age of twelve, she has broken almost every bone in her body in a span of three months when she was fifteen and when she turned 18, sad at not finding her mate, she has been jumping from guy to guy, at one point, her eyes were set on me. She is a bit crazy, impulsive and outspoken, at the worst times. So when she shifted at the mall, revealing our kind to the humans, it was the last straw for my father. He kicked her out.
