Aiden's pov

I walk into the graveyard with the rest of the gang to see ash and Taylor holding hands ontop of one of the buses they had been dating for a few weeks and this might be jealousy talking but ash didn't seem ...happy like she looked happy on the surface but when ever we locked eyes I saw that look in her eye the same look that was in mine before I met ash tay Tyler and Logan that emptiness felt bad and as much as I want to be with her I don't want them to break up I just want her to be happy if that's with me or tay or someone else but I wasn't gonna say anything. Me and the gang walked into a bus and sat down and surprisingly ash sat next to me she was not close close but closer than she was with anyone another than me and now Taylor we just stayed like that for a while until she fell asleep and her head landed on my shoulder I just let her sleep when tay came over sat next to her and pulled her toward her so she was cuddled up with her now I normally wouldn't care ash can sit next to who she wants but the fact Taylor had pulled her closer against her will while she was asleep I glared at Taylor and she seemed to notice that's when Ashlyn woke up and let out a small sleepy "..Aiden" she seemed confused and was that ...disappointed she scooted closer to me which clearly pissed off taylor she. I smirked at Taylor admittedly smugly she stood up and said "Aiden come here we need to talk" she seemed pissed and also bitter it was far from Taylor I gently stood up and laid down Ashlyn so she would hit the floor in her sleep and just then I realized that's my hoodie she's wearing I walkout of the bus to talk to Taylor "Aiden I know you like Ashlyn stay away from her she's mine!" Taylor had the nerve to tell me to stay away from Ashlyn ash was my first friend and if I admit it my everything "tay it's not like tha-" I say getting cut off "it is fucking like that" Taylor said "she's my girlfriend okay stay away from her she doesn't want you" Taylor said she's telling me what ash wants now hahahahah no fuck that "tay you don't know what she wants you happy as long as you are dating ash you don't care what she wants" I say not trying to come off as mean as I did "she is happy I would know she's my girlfriend and she's happ-" tay said getting cut off by me "I CAN TREAT HER BETTER" I say stepping forward "what did you just say" Taylor says sounding like she's about to snap "I think you heard me"

Ashlyn's pov

Me and tay had been dating for a week now and it wasn't as good as I though like I love her but not like that when she confessed I didn't know what to do and i panicked and then there was him ...that dumb ass idiotic lovable blond non other than Mr durable himself Aiden mother fucking Clark every-time I looked at him or we made eye contact I just felt like I was more interested in him so I decided to sit next to him and cuddle up and now him and tay are fighting and it's all my fault an- my thoughts are interrupted by "I CAN TREAT HER BETTER" was that Aiden was he talking about ...me Taylor storms in the bus and says "Tyler come on we're leaving and Ashlyn we're done!" In a stern tone a sense of confusion and relief floods over me I walk in my house to think when I see Aiden's dumb ass sitting on the graveyard wall with a bruised cheek I climb the latter quietly and was he ..crying I hear some choked sobs and him muttering "it's your fault you idiot"

Aiden's pov

I was sitting on the graveyard wall crying and I hated every minute of it my face hurt because Taylor snapped and punched me I wasn't gonna hit her back because I'm not gonna hit a girl even tho she's more than capable I wasn't crying because it hurt I was crying because I wanted Ashlyn so bad and it felt like no matter what I did she could never be mine that one meme with the raccoon looking at that cookie slipped into my head and I let out a small sad chuckle when I feel someone sit next to me I look over and see ash and l whipe my eyes and try and hide the fact I was crying "a-ash" I say as she sits next to me "thanks" she says what was she thanking me for she just went through a brake up from my doing "what why" I ask "fir getting tay to brake up with me I love her but not like that" she didn't like tay I knew she wasn't happy but didn't like her why "why" I ask "because I like you idiot!" She says she liked me me if all people "you like me" "why me of all people" I ask. "I ask myself that everyday" she says sarcastic she gently grabs my hand and lays her head in my shoulder so we just sat up there for about a hour just two dense kids sitting together

Ashlyn's pov

I'm sitting there with Aiden when I get a text I check who it's from and it's from my mom

Mom:did you tell him

Me:what

Mom: did you tell Aiden you like him

Me:👍

Emma's pov

"Hahah hand it over" I tell Mike "what" he ask getting up from his seat at the kitchen "my 20 dollars look out the window" I say signaling to Ashlyn and Aiden sitting on the graveyard wall "dam it" Mike mutters before taking out the money and handing it to me
