Icepaw stood there facing a SnowClan cat, her claws unsheathed. The cat was bigger than her, his face was scarred from previous battles. The white she-cat lunged at him digging her claws into his back, the bigger cat threw her off making her land next to a tree.
Icepaw looked at tom her icy blue eyes, he clawed her side making her bleed. Tears formed in her eyes from the pain. She jumped at his neck biting it, the tom yowled making her jump. He threw her off again making Icepaw hit her head on a rock. Then everything went black.

Spottedpaw tended to cats wounds after the battle with SnowClan. Then he saw Icepaw, all batted and bruised. His eyes widened, he ran to her quickly, " What happened Nightpaw?" Icepaw's brother looked at him, his amber eyes saddened," She though she take on a SnowClan warrior herself.."
The young tom trailed off, Spottedpaw signaled Nightpaw to take Icepaw in his den. He laid her down on a pile of moss making her comfortable," Sp-Spottedpaw?" Icepaw croaked," Yes? " Icepaw gave him a weak smile," I love you Spottedpaw.." Icepaw looked at the tom weakly and happily.
" I love you to Icepaw." Icepaw's icy blue eyes lit up with pride." Will you stay next to me tonight?" Spottedpaw nodded curling up to Icepaw in his nest.
