Okay I love this idea it's based on the stinsons episode. What happens is barney goes off and the gang follow him and instead of them meeting his fake wife and mother te gang meets david and Gideon  and harper and all the times he's hit on women and went home with them he would go to david

Teds POV
'Hey where's barney going I say as I saw barney walk out
'I dunno let's follow him' lily said as we all walke outside and hailed a cab
'Follow the cab I front please' lolly sai. The man nodded and we set off
'Where are we' I say as I saw a lot of wilderness around us 'you're  here' the cabbie said 'thanks' I mumbled an handed him a fifty

'He went in the- GUYS' Lily shouted as she stared through the window 'what?' I say as I look into the window also 'holy shit' marshall said everyone watched through the window barney ad some guy passionately kissing 'alright I'm gonna stop this before it gets any more whatever this is' she said and knocked viciously on the widow 'fuck' barney said

Barneys POV
I didn't want them to find out this way 'I'll get it' my beautiful fiancé said I just groaned 'hello what can I help you with' David's voice rang through my ears 'we're friends of barneys' Lily says 'sure' david says.
'I should go get harper and gideon' David squealed the gang looked at me with puzzled faces

'Let's not beat around the bush what the fuck barney' Lily whispers  to me
'Okay I'll explain' I say as I sit down and the rest follows 'so I'm gay I never acctually slept with those women I'd but on if jut say bye out side then go out with David the guy who you met at the door' the nodded telling me to go on 'I proposed to him about a year ago and you may of heard him say something about harpers and Gideon there are kids' I say with joy 'There 4 I love them the only reason I lied and pretended to be into women and a man whore but it's just an act me and David have been together for 12 years and I love him' all the gang smiled and Lily hugged me 'IM SO PROUD' she squeaks
'Here's papa' I hear David's angelic voice okay as he leads Gideon  over to me

I pick him up and hug him tight 'did u miss papa' I ask  him he smiles and nods

'David hunny I want you to meet my friends properly' I say taking his hand 'okay one sec' he said and whisperd something to them they giggled and ran upstairs
'What did you say to them'
I asked David as he joine. Me on the couch
'I said for them to pick an out fit and come downstairs
I chuckled and tabbed his hand
'So Marshall , Lily , Ted and Robin I want you to meet my beautiful fiancé.'I say introducing them to one another 'it's great to finally meet you' David said and he squeezed my Hand for reassurance.

'Daddy , papa look' harper shouted as she came downstairs in a princess gown gideon close on her trail him wearing a mad hatter outfit 

'Harper , Gideon we want you to meet some people ' David said as the popes the selves down on our laps

'Your pretty' harper said to Lily 'thanks' she said
