"So Y/n, first off it's great to see you in healthy shape, but I want to know what're your motivations coming into this season" the reporter asks
"Well my motivation is definitely proving my worth to the Hornets organization, showing them that they made a good investment on me" I say
"There was a lot of chatter during the off-season claiming you wanted a trade to the Hornets, would you care to clarify on these rumors" another one asks
"Well the rumors are fake, but being traded to the Hornets might be the best thing for me and my family, it's a fresh start for my career and I see this as an opportunity to strive as that number one guy for a team" I say
"Do you bear any grudges to the Warriors organization" another one asks
"No I don't, because my loving wife taught me that bearing grudges is pointless, was I upset that they never talked to me about it, a little bit but that's the business side of the league"

"Minji, girls I'm back" I announce
"Hey y/n" Ningning says passing by
"Oh welcome home baby" Minji says kissing my cheek
"So how was media day" Karina asks
"It could've been better, if one of those reporters didn't ask me about the Warriors" I say flopping on the couch

"I'm just now noticing you girls are here" I say
"Minji said we could come visit whenever we wanted so the funny thing about that is we got here today" Giselle says walking out of the kitchen
"Minji did you invite them" I ask her
"Yes they said they wanted to visit" she says from the kitchen
"So then where's the other 4" I ask
"We're in here Y/n" Hanni says from the back room
"Y'all turned this back room into y'all's little den" I ask
"Yes do you like it" Hyein asks
"It looks good" I say walking back into the living room
"I wonder if ESPN, covered your press conference today" Karina asks turning on the tv
"Y/n Pham, the newest Hornet, had his press conference today after an interesting offseason" Stephen A. Smith says
"Wonder what bullshit gonna come from his mouth tonight" I say
"Probably say some outrageous take and then get made fun of" Winter says
"You're probably right about that" I say turning the tv up
"And let me tell you, Y/n Pham is coming into this next season with a vengeance, because the fire he has inside of him, is aimed towards the Warriors, specifically Stephen Curry" he says
"He did not just say that" Karina looks up
"Y/n Pham is coming for the league ladies and gentlemen, and I will say it here first, Y/n Pham is going to be a league MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, Clutch Player of the Year, and here's the topper for this take, Finals MVP" he says laughing
"This motherfucker put a bounty on my head for the rest of the league" I say turning it down
"What happened" Minji asks
