Ah! Hello. You don't have to listen to her anymore. I am the amazing Kat, here to save the-
Oh, get on with it!
Yeah, yeah, fine. So, as Persephone over here says, Monica appeared the second Persophone touched the swords.
"Hey there," she said sweetly. "Didn't expect to see you so soon.." Persophone knocked over the tall silver sword, causing it to make a loud clanging sound as it hit the floor. For one moment, everything was silent...and then everyone started running away from Monica, except for me. I mean, why would anyone be afraid of that nosy assassin brat? But the gang was, so I gave them a little encouragement.
"Stand and fight, you wimpy little cowards or so help me I will take every sword here and shove it in each person's throat!"
Perfect pep talk, am I right? But those weirdos continued to run, and Persephone shouted "KAT! You realize she's a trained assassin who just so happens to be holding a grenade, right?" That was a problem, I realized, so I just turned to Monica and shrugged. "We'll finish this later, kay?" With that, I shot off after my friends and left Monica there, as she tossed the grenade and ran to get the principal.

Right, straight through the hallway of history, left, emergency exit and, safe. Outside, I was met with a vast, open field . The clean, fresh air was very soothing.
I hated it.
"Hey!" I yelled, jogging over to the group. Ember was doubled over, breathing heavily, while Persephone tiredly sat beside her. Persophone was running her fingers through her dark brown hair, as Crystal nervously started tearing out her bright, blonde-and-purple hair. I rolled my eyes as Heather worriedly tried to stop her from ripping out every strand of hair she could reach with those shaky hands.Crystal always had those stupid panic attacks.
"Why'd you leave me? Scaredy cats!" I muttered.
"This might come as a shock to you, but not everybody wants their head blown off." Persephone responded coolly.
With that, I did the only thing I could think of: I punched her in the shoulder. Just as she was punching me back, the principal stormed out...with Monica right behind him, a smug look on her face.
"You're behavior today was inexcusable! How could you?! You brought in an illegal explosive and blew up half of the museum! You're lucky no one was hurt! I'm afraid this is your final strike ladies, because you're out! Just be glad I'm not calling the cops!"
Our ex-principal was fuming as he gestured toward the museum. Everyone (except Monica) did a double take.
An entire section of the museum was now smoking, charred rubble.
"Wait! Monica had a grenade, we saw her!" Persephone accused.
"Yahoo! No more rules, no more rules, see how we run, see how we run! The principal kicked us out, hooray! Stupid Monica saved the day! No more rules, no more rules!" I sang as I skipped towards the bus. The whole gang, glum for some strange reason (probably because they didn't get to see the explosion, I admit I was pretty upset about that too) followed slowly behind.

As soon as we got back to school, we all ran up to our rooms. I packed up everything I had: clothes, potential weapons, and perhaps an illegal firearm. After packing this and much more, I reached around under my bed until I found a smooth, black wooden box. Inside were my most best friends in the whole world: my daggers, with ivory handles. I stroked the box lovingly, and gently placed it inside my bag. I started to turn and walk out the door, but then I realized what a crappy exit that was. So, instead I grabbed...uh...
School property?
Something like that, yeah. In the shape of a book.
Kat! You wrecked a precious book?!
You're such a nerd, Persephone.
I threw the book against the window. It was a heavy encyclopedia, which instantly shattered the glass and triggered some alarm. Couldn't wait to see the look on the principal's face. I stared one last time at my dull room, thinking Not going to miss this, then ran straight forwards towards the broken window in the room. I could hear badass rock music playing in the background as I majestically jumped foot first through the window.  I landed on the roof below and surfed down the roof on my feet. That was the life. I continued to majestically surf down the roof, my feet on fire, guitar riffs in the background, beautiful views of an open meadow...Aw, was that a deer? It was as if adrenaline had this moment seemingly frozen in time. Wait, my feet were on fire.
Oh God, oh God, oh Holy Satan, I'm going to die, please resurrect me as a human-eating cat that can drive..
I continued surfing down the roof, feet burning and not daring to move.
Soon I was going reach the end of the roof, and at the speed I was going at, there was no way to slow down or avoid falling. The roof began to get closer and the shingle of the roof more weathered, I was about to run out of roof to surf. At the end of the roof I jumped, striking a pose, then doing a midair flip before landing on the hard ground. Ow, I thought, my muscles sore from the impact. Not to mention my fiery shoes were not yet completely extinguished.
I'd landed right in front of an open-mouthed Persephone, a cheering Ember and Heather, and a fearful Crystal.
"Kat! What where you thinking?"
"Kat! That was awesome!"
"Dude! You're on fire!"
And a panicked sound of Crystal hyperventilating. As Persephone handed me a water bottle to put out my flaming shoes, Ember grew serious again.
"Guys, we have no car or anything. How are we going to leave this stupid school?"
"That's the first time I've heard you want to ride in a car."
"Well, how else are we going to leave?"
I turned around and gestures towards the dense, dark trees.
"Kat's right. We can't just walk on the roads. Besides, she knows a shortcut to the city through the forest." Persephone nodded. Together, the five of us set out to walk through the shadowy woods...but little did we know, our destiny, and possibly the fate of the entire world, awaited us inside the gnarled, dark forest.
