Aaron finally found the car. He had sent his location to his father and asked for back up from the police and requested that an ambulance be brought in as well. He was going to corner the car when it moved at a quick speed towards the edge of the cliff, where Imran stood.
Where Imran stood.
Aaron's eyes widened. He didn't wait for the car to come to a full halt when he jumped out of it screaming for Marwa to stop. It all happened so fast and yet so slow. He didn't know he was screaming until the car disappeared from sight. A loud crash was heard and when he got to the edge, the car combusted. Aaron started to panic. He couldn't get down the cliff without dying. If he died how would he help Marwa?
He pulled out his phone, hoping to call his father but the signal was poor. Aaron started to cry. He wasn't able to help Marwa the last time and it's the same now. He moved around with the phone raised above his head, hoping that a spot could grant him the connection he needed.
"Mr Aaron." He turned towards the voice and almost immediately, police siren could be heard along with the ambulance. He saw Zulfa jump out of one of the cars and raced towards him. Tears were in her eyes and she began shaking him, asking for her twin.
Aaron pulled away from her and turned to the officer who had called him.
"We need people down the cliff."

When they pushed Marwa into the hospital, her mother raced towards her, crying profusely. She refused to let her go. Her hands wrapped Marwa's own tightly as she cried and begged for her to open her eyes.
"It is I who erred, take me. Leave my daughter ya Allah. Please give my baby another chance."
Zulfa begged for her mother to leave her sisters hand. They pulled her away from the woman's body but to no avail. The doctors had to inject her so they could take care of Marwa.
It was chaotic in the hospital. The police asked for the doctors to cover up Imran as he was taken into the operation room because the family might stop them. The perpetuator did not die. And when Hussein was brought to the hospital, he was pronounced dead upon inspection.
Zayn had asked them to do with his body whatever they wanted as he couldn't be buried as a Muslim. He agreed that his body be used as a cadaver for anatomy practicals since it was a teaching hospital.
Belinda was kind enough to look after Mukhlisa who kept crying for her mother. The girl had dreamt that Marwa promised they'd see each other in Jannah. It was the reason his mother, Shamsia was hysterical and almost inconsolable.
Zayn was exhausted. He sat beside a crying Aaron. The man had a panic attack minutes after Marwa was wheeled in. His body was shaking so bad, it looked similar to a seizure. Zayn placed a comforting hand on his back and stayed by his side, allowing him cry as his heart wanted. Zulfa was with their unconscious mother and he asked his two brothers to stay back until he called for them. He couldn't deal with his emotions and theirs on top of the ladies. Especially Zayad who had tap for eyes. He couldn't handle it at the moment.

It felt like ages before the doctors exited the operation room. Aaron shot up from his seat and moved towards the lead surgeon.
"Who are you to the patient?" The doctor asked with a frown. Aaron looked lost, wondering what to do.
"That's her husband, doc." Zayn replied, standing with hands tucked into his pocket. "And I'm her older brother. How is she?"
"It's a miracle. From reports on the site of accident, somehow, she was outside of the car when she got rescued. Although she hit her head pretty hard on the rocks and lost lots of blood. She's been stabled now. We had to remove chunks of glass shards that stabbed her in the stomach. Otherwise she's fine."
Aaron wanted to strangle the man. He called that a miracle? Zayn placed a hand on his shoulder to caution him.
"She's currently in a coma right now but I assure you she's been stabilized. It seems it's a response by her brain to ensure proper repair after the damage done. We have no idea when exactly it is that she'd wake up, but hopefully, it shouldn't last more than 2 weeks."
"Thank you doctor." Zayn extended a handshake towards the man.
"No thank you." Aaron muttered after the man left. They were going to move Marwa to the VIP Intensive care unit and after that, they would see her one after the other.
Zayn chuckled. He was grateful that Marwa had genuine love from a man he undoubtedly could vouch for.
"Thank you man." He appreciated everything he had done when he was crippled with fear and confusion.
"Thank you too. And alhamdulillah that she's alright. I'm so grateful to God."
