when you both entered her office, you were almost blinded by the amount of pink and cats that decorated her room. cute on normal people and borderline creepy on her.
even you were slightly creeped out despite your personal love for pink and, obviously, cats.
ehh.. i hope she doesn't try and steal my babies!
even the sugar she was using to scoop into three teacups was pink.
"good evening mr. potter, miss kanroji"
you both stared, you nervously twiddling your thumbs.
"sit" she nods to two chairs on either side of the table.
"you're both going to do some lines for me today"
you both reach for a quill, being cut off.
"no, not with your quills. you're going to be using a rather special one of mine"
you share a nervous look with harry, who frowns in confusion.
she stands, placing two identical quills on boths yours and harry's sheet of paper.
"now, mr. potter, i want you to write 'i must not tell lies'. and you, miss kanroji, 'i must not talk back'"
your jaw drops slightly, "i-! professor umbridge, i didn't even speak-"
"enough! you will write your lines and that is final"
you were never one for hate, but this lady was just about there.
harry looked uncomfortable, "how many times?" he asked stiffly.
"well, i'd say as long as it takes for the message.. to sink in" she smiles.
you frown slightly, a nervous feeling settling in your stomach.
"you haven't given us any ink" you say in a murmur.
"what was that? speak up" the woman says sternly.
you flinch slightly, "we.. we don't have any ink" you say a bit louder.
harry gives the woman a glare for sending you into a timid state.
"oh, you won't need any ink"
you and harry exchange a glance before touching quill to paper.
