The six boys gathered around Sunoo, their concern etched into every expression as they watched him rest on the bed.

His pale complexion and the strained rise and fall of his chest painted a grim picture - one that made each of them silently question the reality they were now part of.

Niki, who had been pacing restlessly, finally settled into a chair by Sunoo's side. He adjusted the ice pack against his forehead, wincing slightly before leaning forward to check Sunoo's temperature again. His frown deepened.

"He's still burning up," he muttered, his voice low with worry.

Jay sat at the foot of the bed, elbows on his knees, fingers threading through his hair in frustration. "This whole six-boyfriends thing... what do we do now?" His gaze flicked to each of them, searching for answers.

Silence followed. The air was thick with unspoken tension.

Heeseung broke the stillness, leaning against the wall with his arms crossed. His expression remained distant, but his voice carried the weight of his thoughts.

"It's not like we asked to be here," he murmured, more to himself than the others. "One moment, I was living my life. The next, I was... here. Like I was pulled out of a dream and dropped into someone else's reality."

Jake, ever the optimist, pushed off the windowsill he'd been leaning against. "Whether we wanted this or not, we're here. We exist because of that wish. That makes Sunoo more than just someone we stumbled upon. We owe it to him - and ourselves - to figure out what being his boyfriends really means."

His words resonated, bringing a quiet determination to the group.

They weren't random strangers anymore. They weren't mere figments of imagination. They were here for a reason, bound by a wish whispered into the universe years ago.

He was their reason.

Sunoo stirred with a soft groan, his body aching as though he'd run a marathon in his sleep. His lashes fluttered as he opened his eyes, the familiar ceiling of his room coming into focus.

A dull throb pulsed through his legs, and he winced as he shifted under the blanket. His throat felt raw, and each breath scratched painfully against his lungs. The air in the room felt heavy, but there was a strange warmth in it too - a warmth that didn't come from the sun filtering through the curtains.

A presence.

"How are you feeling now, Sunoo?"

The voice startled him, making him flinch. He turned his head to see a familiar figure perched on the edge of his bed, a soft smile playing on his lips.

"Sunghoon..." Sunoo whispered, the name slipping past his lips like he has been repeating it everyday.

His heart fluttered as he took in Sunghoon's gentle expression, the slight curve of his sharp teeth visible when he smiled.

"I'm fine," he croaked, though his voice betrayed him, hoarse and broken.

Sunghoon chuckled softly, shaking his head. "Liar."

Before Sunoo could respond, another voice joined in from the doorway.

"You've been out for a whole day," Jake said, leaning casually against the doorframe, his signature playful smirk in place. "We were starting to think you'd never wake up."

Sunoo blinked, the words slowly sinking in. "A... day?" His eyes widened in disbelief.

Jake stepped closer. "Jay and Heeseung made breakfast. Come on, you need to eat something."

Sunoo tried to sit up, but his body protested with a wave of pain. He hissed, falling back against the pillows with a groan.

Jake was at his side in an instant. "Don't push yourself."

Before Sunoo could argue, Jake bent down and effortlessly scooped him up into his arms. Sunoo gasped, his face flushing as his legs instinctively wrapped around Jake's waist.

"I-I can walk!" he protested weakly, though they both knew it wasn't true.

Jake raised an eyebrow. "Sure you can." His tone was teasing, but his grip on Sunoo was secure and protective.

Feeling embarrassed, Sunoo buried his face in Jake's shoulder, the warmth of his skin calming his racing heart. The scent of him - a mix of citrus and something uniquely Jake - filled Sunoo's senses, grounding him in the surreal moment.

As they entered the living room, a cheerful voice called out.

"Sunoo! You're awake!"

Jungwon and Niki, who had been lounging on the sofa, stood up with wide smiles. Heeseung and Jay were in the kitchen, setting the table with plates and bowls of food.

Jungwon approached first, ruffling Sunoo's hair gently. "We were worried about you."

Sunoo offered a small smile. "I'm okay. Just... sore."

Niki grinned. "You look better than you did yesterday."

Sunoo's eyes landed on the younger boy's forehead, noticing the swelling had gone down. "I'm glad your bump's gone," he said softly.

"Yeah, thanks to Heeseung," Niki replied with a playful wink toward the eldest who just rolled his eyes.

Jay's voice rang out from the kitchen. "Breakfast is ready!"

Jake carried Sunoo to the dining table, setting him down gently in a chair. As the others gathered around, the warmth of their presence filled the room, chasing away any lingering doubts in Sunoo's mind.

The scent of freshly made pancakes and scrambled eggs wafted through the air, comforting and familiar. Jay handed Sunoo a plate, and Heeseung poured him a glass of juice.

Looking around at the six boys who had appeared in his life like a whirlwind, Sunoo felt an unexpected sense of peace wash over him.

These boys - each one so different, yet somehow perfectly fitting into his life - weren't a mistake. They weren't a coincidence. They were his wish come true.

And maybe, just maybe, he wasn't so alone after all.

"Thank you," he murmured, the words barely audible but filled with emotion.

The boys exchanged glances, their expressions softening.

"You don't need to thank us," Heeseung said quietly. "We're here for you."

Sunoo's chest tightened with emotion, his heart swelling with an unfamiliar warmth.

Maybe his wish wasn't so crazy after all.

Maybe... this was exactly what he needed to heal the pieces of his broken life.
