♡ Sunoo POV ♡
——

The evening air was cool as I sat quietly on the balcony, my mind swirling with thoughts I couldn't escape. The stars twinkled above, their light faint but comforting. I hugged my knees to my chest, trying to ground myself.

It had been weeks since the six of them appeared in my life — six people who claimed they were here to love me. I had wished for this when I was ten years old, yet now that it had come true, a part of me wondered if I even deserved it.

Would they still love me if it wasn’t for the wish?

“Sunoo?”

I turned to see Heeseung stepping onto the balcony. His gentle gaze softened when our eyes met.

“We’re all waiting inside. Can you come?”

I hesitated for a moment, then nodded. “Okay.”

As we walked back inside, I noticed the dimmed lights, the soft music playing in the background, and the way everyone was gathered in the living room. They all smiled when I entered, and Jake was the first to speak.

“Sit here.” He gestured to the couch, patting the spot next to him.

I sat down nervously, glancing around. “What’s going on?”

Jungwon chuckled. “You’ll see.”

Sunghoon stepped forward, clearing his throat. His serious expression made my heart race.

“We’ve been wanting to tell you something, Sunoo. Something important.”

I tilted my head in confusion. “What is it?”

Jake reached out, taking my hand gently. “It’s about why we’re here.”

My heart pounded in my chest.

“We didn’t come here because of some magic wish,” Heeseung began, his voice steady. “We’re here because we love you.”

I blinked, stunned into silence.

Jay stepped closer, his eyes locked on mine. “We love everything about you — your kindness, your strength, your vulnerability.”

“I love the way you smile when you think no one’s watching,” Jungwon added with a soft laugh. “And the way you always put others before yourself.”

Sunghoon knelt in front of me, his gaze intense but gentle. “I love how you never give up, even when things are hard.”

Niki fidgeted nervously, his usual confident demeanor slipping. “I love your laugh. It’s… it makes everything brighter.”

Tears welled in my eyes as I listened to each of them speak, their words wrapping around my heart like a warm blanket.

Jake squeezed my hand. “We’re here because we chose to be. Not because of a wish. Because we love you, Sunoo. For who you are.”

The tears spilled over, and I covered my mouth, overwhelmed by emotion. “I… I thought…” My voice broke, and I shook my head. “I thought it was just the wish. I didn’t think anyone could love me like that.”

Heeseung’s hands cupped my face gently, his thumbs wiping away my tears. “You’re wrong. We love you more than you know. And we’ll keep loving you — for as long as you’ll have us.”

A choked sob escaped me as I reached out, pulling Heeseung into a hug. The others quickly joined in, surrounding me in a warmth I hadn’t known I needed.

In that moment, I realized something.

This wasn’t just a wish that had come true.

It was real.

They were real.

And so was their love for me.

As we all sat there, tangled in a comforting embrace, I glanced at the clock. It was 11:11.

I closed my eyes and made a new wish.

Please let this moment last forever.
