When I woke up that morning i could hardly breath, i was tapping Marcus to try and wake him up, but he was in a havey sleep, so i got up and ran down the stairs to Jack and Finns room, I knocked hard on their door and a sleepy looking Jack appeared, I grabbed onto his arm and tried to tell him what was wrong, he saw that i couldn't breath and woke Finn up to call an ambulance, Jack sat down on the bed and put me on his lap, he put his arms round my waist and told me i was going to be okay, i was crying because i was so scared which wasnt really helping, i put my arms round his neck and put my head on his shoulder, he held me closer to him, i was really scared but being close to someone made me feel better, i was crying quite loud, and obviously Sam had heard and woke up, he came to Jacks door 'what the hell is that noi- oh my god charlotte are you okay!?' he ran over and sat down next to us, 'she's having trouble breathing and cant talk, Finns called an ambulance, we're going to go with her are you coming?' 'yes yes ofcourse!' Sam practically shouted, this woke up Alfie, 'Sam! Why are you shouting its 5 in the morning!' Alfie said, 'Its Charlotte! She can't breath properly!' Alfie ran over 'Oh my god, have you called an ambulance!? Does Marcus know!?' we heard ambulance sirens 'No, i think it'll be okay for now, he wouldn't wake up when she tried to wake him so we'll tell him when he wakes up' There was a knock at the door and Finn let them in, he showed them upstairs and into Jacks room, Alfie and Sam got out the way, Jack still held me tight, 'I understand your having troubles breathing? We'll give you an oxygen mask' One of the men said, They put an oxygen mask on me which made breathing a little easier, i held it to my mouth, tears still streaming down my face, Jack didn't let me go, he carried me down to the ambulance and sat me down on his lap in the back, Alfie, Sam and Finn came with us, i had my arms round jacks neck still, after about 5 minutes we were at the hospital and the men put me in a wheelchair, the 4 boys followed closly behind, they took me into a room and connected lots of thigs to me, the boys had to wait outside while they did some scans and tests, after about a hour my breathing was alot better but still not great, it was still hard, after another hour the doctors came in and told me i had a severe anxiety attack, 'Have you had any big changes lately?' they asked me, 'Actually, I jave just moved house and live with 16 other people, these 4 being some of them' i told them, 'thats probably what caused it, its shouldnt happen again, but if it does, just sit down, be calm by yourself or with someone who will comfort you' 'okay thankyou!' it was 8 by now and Jacks phone started ringing
'Hello?'
'Jack where are you?'
'We're at the hospital'
'what!? why!?'
'Charlotte had an anxiety attack at 5 this morning, she could hardly breath, she tried to wake you up but you were out of it, so she woke me and Finn up, but Alfie and Sam woke up aswell so they came with us'
'Oh my god is she okay!?'
'Yeah she's fine now, its because shes had a drastic change and moved house, it caused a anxiety attack, they said its unlikely to happen again, but if it does then she has to sit quietly and relax, or with someone that will comfort her, we're about to leave so we'll be home in about 15 minutes, bye'
'bye'
I looked at him, 'He's worried, but i expect he'll be fine when he get back, come on lets go' he picked me up and gave me a piggy back for the way home, i love Jack, i really do, hes amazing.
When we got back Marcus ran to the door to make sure i was okay, Jack put me down and Marcus grabbed me, 'are you okay!?' 'Im fine Marcus honestly, look, i dont really want to think about it, im fine now and thats all that matters, right?' i told him, 'right, okay well it would be good if you lot got dressed...' Marcus said, we all giggled 'yeah, we'll get dressed now' we all went to hospital in our jammies, no one thought to get dressed, since i had such a horrible experience we all went out to Nandos to get lunch, and then went to the beach and spent the rest of the day there, i was splashing Jack, Finn, Alfie, Sam and Caspar in the sea, then sitting with Marcus on the beach watching the sunset, perfect day.
