Chapter 21

I curled the last strand of my hair as I stared at myself in the mirror, I needed to look perfect for prom.  Bella gave me a reassuring smile and nod as she came to stand next to me.

I had to admit, we did look beautiful.

"You ready?" Bella asked me, I could tell she was nervous by the goosebumps rising on her arms. I nodded my head slowly before following her to the top of the stairs.

Jack and Rhys had agreed to try and get along just for tonight, I was grateful to them both for that.

Bella walked down the stairs first. My eyes glanced over to Rhys, the shock but pure happiness was evident in his face. It made me sort of emotional.

I took my first step, clutching onto the banister to prevent myself from falling. I clutched the dress in one hand to make it easier to walk and when I looked up I nearly fainted.

Jack in a suit... he looked amazing.

His usual cheesy grin greeted me as he held out his hand for me to take. I intertwined our hands as I reached the final step, hopping to the ground level and letting Jack tower above me.

"Picture time!" My mom squealed, I swear she was more excited about this prom then me or Rhys.

Once the pictures had been taken, and there were a lot of them, we made our way outside and toward the white limo that awaited us.

We had to pick some people up along the way, our first stop was Mack and her mystery date.

Her date was the web star Christian Collins (aka Weekly Chris). I had to stop myself from fangirling then and there, I could tell that Jack was a little annoyed by my excitement towards this guy. But come on, it's Christian Collins.

We then proceeded to pick up Mahogany and Jacob. He was quite good looking I must admit, but he had nothing on Jack.

Carter and Maggie were next and she wore the most beautiful dress. It was a red strapless off the shoulder maxi dress. It fitted her petite figure stunningly. I was kind of jealous.

Next we were going to pick up Johnson and his date, the only information he gave me about her is that her name is Miracle and she is very beautiful. He was right.

I watched her with curious eyes as she and Jack made there way towards the limo. She looked to be about 5"7, but with the heels she was about the same height as Johnson. She had light skin and light brown eyes, with hair that fell to the middle of her back. She wore a midnight blue dress, the darkness of the dress contrasted well with lightness of her skin. She was stunning.

"Hey." Johnson greeted us as he stepped into the limo, finding a seat and pulling his date down to sit next to him. He protectively wrapped his arm around her shoulder as she leaned her head onto his shoulder.

"Hi, I'm Victoria." I put my hand out for her to shake and she politely shook it, giving me a shy smile.

"I'm Miracle." She responded. We talked for a few moments and I found out that she goes to a school that is quite close to our own, and she likes to sing. I eventually got her to sing something for me and she was really good.

"Samuel." Jack sung as he got into the limo with a girl who I recognized as Morgan. She was in my English class. I was always envious of her in class because of how naturally pretty she was, but now she just looked stunning.

Her brown hair was loosely curled as a pink champagne colored dress covered her tan skin. The dress was a strapless, sleeveless applique floor-length chiffon dress that suited her so well.
