Charlie's POV
Once there I ask " Stefan, can you call Bonnie and Caroline for me and ask them to come over here but don't tell them who I am?"
"Sure, but why do you want to keep anonomous?" Stefan wondered.
"I want to see if they know or remember me and not just from last time I was here" I responded.
Once both Caroline and Bonnie were over I wondered "Do either of you know or remember me from any time other than when I was here last."
"Mum has a picture of you, your brother, you dad and his daughter," says Caroline.
"Really?" I ask curiously.
"Yeah she does and my grams has a picture of you on my bedroom door" replies Bonnie.
"Yeah, about that. Caroline, that was my step father and his daughter, so we're step-cousins. Bonnie, I am the original witch, your aunt and cousin as well as hopefully, a friend." I added.
"Why is Klaus here?" asks Stefan.
"He let me come here provided he could come and talk to Caroline" I reply.
"On that note, can Caroline and myself go up to a bedroom to talk" wonders Nik.
"Course, fifth one to the left on the third floor" says Elena.
"So, Elena, you're living here now are you?" I ask brightly.
"Yeh, that okay aunt Charlie?" worries Elena.
"It's fine but what about Jeremy?" I put out there.
"He's fine with Alaric" she says.
"Until the rings backfire" I state.
"Could you stop them from backfiring?" questioned Elena.
"Yeah, already did that" I remarked.
"Charlie, could you lend me one or two of your grimores" asks Bonnie.
"Totally, I've got hundreds, literally." I state seriously.
"Let me go get Nik so I can grab MY keys and go get a couple" I say as I head up the stairs.
Once at the door, which is closed, I knock. No reply so I push the door open and gasp because Nik and Caroline are in the bed.
Nik then says "It's not what it looks like!" which annoys me more so I snap "Your not in bed with Caroline kissing like your lives depend on it then!"
He replies hurriedly "You don't understand!"
"You know what, I DO! We're over!" I scream at him before running down the stairs with tears dripping down my face.
I sit on the couch and Elena comes over and says worriedly "OMG, Charlie what happened, what did he do now? I'm going to kill him!"
"I found him in bed with Caroline kissing" I wept.
Bonnie comes to hug me and says "Elena, you kill Klaus, I'll kill Caroline and Damon you look after Charlie"
"I'm fine" I say emotionlessly as I stand up.
"Oh No, not again! Charlie I get that it upsets you but don't do this, don't keep your emotions off!" yells Damon.
"Why not Damon? Emotions suck and betrayal hurts!" I explode at him.
"Because in the end when you turn them back on it's going to hurt more knowing the pain you caused while they were off." Damon states sympathetically.
"Why would I turn them back on Damon? Why?" I wonder out loud.
"Cause you aren't yourself when they're off" he says.
"Not yet. Not until the betrayal stops hurting as much" I whisper.
