"Jungkook!"

The stylist’s voice cut through the haze of Jungkook's memories, snapping him back to the present. The beer can in his hand felt cool and slightly damp, his fingers loosely wrapped around it. He blinked, clearing the fog from his mind as he processed the stylist’s words.

"They’re waiting," the stylist informed him gently, a touch of urgency in her tone.

Jungkook nodded, bringing the can to his lips for one last sip before setting it down on the table. He stood, his eyes catching his reflection in the nearby mirror. His gaze lingered, trailing over the contours of his now-toned and slim waist.

The person staring back at him in the mirror was a stark contrast to the person he once was, a reminder of the transformation he had undergone over the years. He ran a hand over his abdomen, feeling the firmness beneath his fingertips.

"Yes. Let’s go," he murmured, tossing the empty can into the waste bin with a casual flick of his wrist. He straightened his posture and made his way back to the photoshoot area.

As he entered the room, the ambiance had shifted. The backdrop had been changed to a striking red, the vibrant color adding a sense of intensity to the space. Jungkook’s eyes wandered across the room, finally settling on Taehyung. He was seated with Wooshik, the two of them engrossed in analyzing the photographs from the earlier session. Unlike before, Taehyung was dressed in a sleek grey three-piece suit, the tailored fit accentuating his broad shoulders and refined figure.

Jungkook felt a pang of self-consciousness as he glanced down at his own attire. He felt underdressed in comparison, a stark contrast to Taehyung’s polished appearance. Perhaps that was the intended theme - a juxtaposition of elegance and simplicity.

With a soft sigh, Jungkook moved to the center of the room. "Jungkook, ready?" Wooshik’s voice brought his attention back to the task at hand.

He gave a curt nod, his expression calm yet focused. "Tae, can we start then?" Wooshik asked, turning to Taehyung.

Taehyung rose gracefully from his seat, buttoning his blazer with a fluid motion. Jungkook’s gaze followed every movement, captivated by the change in the man before him.

Taehyung had evolved - he was no longer the shy, slender boy Jungkook remembered. His body had filled out, muscles sculpting his frame into a vision of strength and confidence. He exuded an air of sophistication, the kind that turned heads and left lasting impressions.

Jungkook’s thoughts drifted, wondering what had driven such a transformation in Taehyung. Was it time? Experience? Or perhaps something more personal? He found himself comparing their journeys, recognizing how time had reshaped them both, molding them into different versions of their younger selves.

As Taehyung approached the set, his eyes met Jungkook’s briefly. Jungkook couldn’t help but wonder if Taehyung was reflecting on the same memories, the same changes.

He straightened his posture, readying himself for the next round of photographs, determined to match the energy emanating from the man who had once been a timid presence but now stood tall as a figure of undeniable allure.
