Some people believe that this update will be the last for this book. It will not.
The hunt for y/n finale is the finale of the ARC, not the story. If it wasn't clear, then I'm sorry, but it should be obvious that I'm nowhere near done with this book as we haven't made it to Heaven, let alone the season.
So, rest assured, sportsy, the nightmare has only begun, and it's only downhill from here.
There is no hope. There is no chance to escape, so get used to your Stockholm Syndrome and embrace the insanity.

Alicester and Vox face off each other, with Alicester turning into her more demonic form as intense electricity surrounds Vox.
Vox:It all ends here, Alicester. Only one of us is leaving here alive. It's time to end our rivalry here. No tricks, no schemes-
Behind him, Niffty starts sneaking up on y/n to try and sneak off with y/n's unconscious body, but before she could grab his body to pick him up, she was suddenly hit by a lightning bolt, causing to go flying back.
She soon came to a stop as she said still due to her now being paralyzed. Vox didn't look behind when he threw a lightning bolt behind him.
Vox:No outside help. Just you and me
Alice:Fine, I don't need any help with killing a weakling like you
Vox then smiles at her as he rolls up one of his sleeves to reveal a button on his arm.
Vox:I've waited for a long time for this. Now I finally get to put Project alternating current to the test
He then presses the button on his arm arm, causing his arm to suddenly be severed off, revealing his "bones" which were actually just wires.
He lets out a small scream of pain as his arm was cut in half as Alicester laughs mockingly at him.
Alice:Are you going to fight me with your arm?
Vox takes a few deep breaths to help himself handle the pain.
Vox:You're going to wish that was the case
He then grabs the wires with his other hand before he starts pumping electricity into it, causing him to scream out in pain.
As he was screaming in pain, his body began to change. His metallic body slowly started to change into something more electric yet more human like.
His body became more translucent as it started to take the form of a human body if it was looked through an x-ray machine and see nothing but the nervous system, the bones, the brain, and two glowing eyes.

A device that was hanging on the back Vox's pants that turned on due to the amount electricity being pumped out as it activated and started a timer that started at 10 minutes.
Alice:What is this?
Once the transformation is completed, Vox lets go of his now regenerated arm as he takes a look at his new body before humming in satisfaction.
Vox:Perfect. It seems that the project is a success even in its prototype phase
He then looks at Alicester.
Vox:You see this, Alicester? This is the future
Alice:If this is the future, then the future seems very ugly
He then chuckles at her.
Vox:I admit this doesn't look the prettiest, but it's just some kinks I can fix now that I know this project works. But this is beside the point, let me tell you a bigger picture that your narrow and outdated mind can't comprehend
