Chapter 36 Camp

As they walked on it became night time and they started to set up camp. Although it was rather the subordinates with them that did all the work. With the Wu siblings simply watching at the side like kings. Noa not being used to not doing everything by herself tried to help them but was stopped by Wu Xian.

Wu Xian:" Big sister, there is no need. Let them do all the work, that is what they are paid for after all."

Wu Yichen:" That's right, if they can't even do this then there is no point keeping them."

Wu Xian:" Oh, since when did you care for the fairer sex brother?" She asks with a teasing tone.

Wu Yichen:" Shall I call them back and make you set up the tents all by yourself?" He says coldly.

Wu Xian:" I was wrong, dont let me do it. If I do it then we won't be able to sleep until the next day."

Wu Yichen:" Good, I will go easy on you today."

Noa:" Are your subordinates both bodyguards and domestic servants?"

Wu Xian:" No, they are just bodyguards. Why?"

Evior:" Mother means that if they are just normal bodyguards then why would they need to do the job of domestic servants? You are even more dumb than my sister." He says with disdain. 

Valery:" Mom, he is insulting my intelligence again." 

Noa:" Darling."

Valery: "Yes?"

Noa:" Do you think that he will stop saying that your intelligence is below average if I told him to?"

Valery:"..."

Wu Xian:" So you finally decided to talk to me, little boy?" She says with glee, completely ignoring his insult.

Evior:" I was wrong. You are not dumb but have low emotional intelligence."

Wu Xian:" Low what?" She asks confused. That is when one of the guards comes forwards and salutes.

The guard:" The tents are all set up master, but there are not enough space for everyone."

Wu Yichen:" Did you also loss supplies as well as people?"

The guard:" Yes, we did not have time to retrieve it."

Noa:" No matter, i can sleep outside. Just make sure that the kids get to sleep in a tent."

Wu Xian:" That wont do. Why dont you let the kids sleep with me and you can sleep with my brother." She says with excitement. But she soon regrets her rashness as the aura around her brother turns deadly cold. As she slowly looks over at him with fear she can see murderesses intent in his cold eyes. But before he says anything she gets saved by Evior.

Evior:" No way, i wont let a strange man sleep with my mother. Why dont you sleep with him instead? You are after all his "beloved" sister."

Noa:" We are after all strangers of the opposite sex. Your brother clearly finds in uncomfortable."

Wu Xian: And you dont mind? Why does it seem that you would be fine sleeping with any man in the same tent? 

But hearing this her brother does calm down and is now only looking at her with disapproval.

Wu Xian: Wow, what happened to my brother? He never had such mood swings before... Don't tell me that he really is interested in that beautiful big sister but is unaware of it?

Wu Yichen:" There is no need, my sister will take watch duty together with 2 of the guards. That way you can sleep together with your children."

Wu Xian:" What but i..."

Wu Yichen:" This is your punishment for suggesting something so indecent. Do you want to ruin both my and Noa's reputation. We are after all not married."

Wu Xian:" Yes, sir." She says with hast as she is afraid that he will make her punishment worse if she dont.

Wu Xian: Aaaa, why are my brother such a bully. All the other young ladies with elder brothers gets spoiled by their elder brother. But i got stuck with a heartless bully.

Wu Yichen:" Are you displeased and think that i am bulling you?"

Wu Xian: Scary, is my brother a mind reader?

Wu Xian:" No, dont misunderstand me brother. I dont think that you are bad brother who only knows how to bully your sister."

Wu Yichen:" So you think that i am a bad brother. So every time i helped you out as other ladies bullied you makes you think that i am bad? Well then, from here on out i will let you deal with it yourself. After all you are a big girl now, old enough to get married off."

Wu Xian:" What,no no no no big brother when did i ever say that? You are the most kindest and most powerful brother in the world. All the other ladies is just jealous that you accept a half sister like me. All the other ladies have to fight with their siblings born from a different concubine."

Wu Yichen:" Oh, that's good then." He says with plainly but she can clearly see the glee in his eyes.

Wu Xian: Bastard , so he was just teasing me. I actually got fooled by him!

Noa:" Are you sure that it is alright?"

Wu Xian:" Yes, why wouldn't it be? My brother is right, it is only right that a mother should sleep with her young children."

Wu Yichen:" I said that it shall be so i wont let it not be."

Valery:" Wow, thank you uncle. But i still wish that you would have slept together with mommy."

Evior:" Why are you so keen with selling mother out? Our mother has raised us without a man so she wont need one in the future. Besides i dont want a father."

Noa:" Ah, i am sorry. She keeps bugging you about this. She probably saw the happy families with both parents in the books. So she want to have a father to."

Wu Yichen:" I wont blame such a young child."

Wu Xian: What about the other kids his age that you scared away? You might not hit children but  that has never hindered you to put your pressure on them. You certainly did not forgive them. Even if all they did was to sneeze on you. The children do not fear you for no reason.

Noa:" I am relived, thank you." With that she took the twins and went into one of the tents to sleep.
