Today we get to leave. I had to wait 48 hours just to make sure all my levels were fine and Jam's levels were fine. I only breastfeed him. I don't trust the fake milk.

Everyone has seen Jam, well everyone that matters at least. He is highly adored by everyone, including his parents. He is literally the cutest thing in the world.

Zayn walked in and I smiled. "Ready to go home?"

Nodding to his question, I turn to look at Jam sleeping in the hospital bassinet. "I think he's ready, too. Did you set up a room in the house for him until your parents' house is finished?"

Zayn grinned and nodded. "Of course I did. Let's go, I hate being in the hospital."

I laughed and picked up Jam to put him in the car seat. I looked at his little face and swiped my thumb over his chubby little cheek. "He's perfect, Zayn."

He came up to us and rubbed Jam's head slowly. "We created this. We put our love together and came out with this amazing little human."

I smiled and kissed Zayn's cheek. "He  is." I placed a kiss on Jam's forehead and a nurse walked in.

She smiled and looked at papers she has in her hand. "These are the discharge papers. See the nurse at the desk and enjoy your newborn."

We nodded and I thanked her. We walked out and handed the nurse our papers and she checked us out. I was so excited to get home with Jam. My parents had to leave early this morning and Zayn drove them to the jet. I was so happy to have my mom witness my first child born. I want her to be around for his life a lot more.

We got in the car and secured Jam in the back. He could sleep his day away if we let him. He's like his mom. I laughed and Zayn looked at me. "Anything you want to share?"

I laughed again. "Who does Jam remind you of right now?"

He looked back and started laughing. "You. You could sleep forever if it was allowed."

I nodded and sighed out with relief. "This hasn't hit me yet."

He laughed and knitted his eyebrows together. "What?"

I looked at him and slipped my fingers through his fingers. "The being a parent thing. Like, for these past nine months I have been preparing a child and now he really is here, but before that I was just a regular young adult and now I'm a mother. We ended up here and before we were basing our relationship on a contract."

He grinned. "Told you. I told you that you weren't like those contracted girls and you ceased to believe me. A contracted girl would've never gotten a baby out of me, let along an engagement ring."

I laughed and kissed his cheek. "I know that now. I love you and I do mean all of you Zayn Jawaad Malik."

He smiled with his teeth. "I love all of you and all of our son, Elena Marie Hart. I'm so glad that you came into my life and stopped me from all the hiding away I was doing. I am forever yours and you are forever mine."

I smiled and I felt like it was taking a lot longer to get home than it normally would. "Where are we going?"

Zayn chuckled deeply. "Can't get anything past you. My mom wants to meet up at the house for some final decisions and then we'll be on our way home."

I sighed. "Zayn, can't we visit her another day? I'm really tired and I just want to get Jam home."

He shook his head. "We're already halfway there, Elena. I'm not just turning around."

I just looked at him with the most irritated face. "Whatever."

"Now you're going to give me attitude. Okay, fine." He laughed and just continued to drive.
