Wednesday.
Today is the day. The official engagement. I'm marrying the only person I would ever want to marry. I will no longer be Elena Hart, I'll be soon to be Elena Malik, wife of Zayn Malik.
I'm looking in the closet for something amazing to wear tonight and I can't figure out what I want to wear. I decided to pull out a shadowy grey maxi dress that was body fitting all the way down to my knees, then it turned into a loose bottom all the way to the floor. I put on matching heels and started curling my hair. I looked in the mirror and looked at my left hand, realizing that today will be the day that I'll see a ring on this hand forever until death.
I noticed Zayn standing in the doorway and smiled at him. Zayn walked behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. "What's bothering you?"
I sighed. "I'm just thinking about how after today I'll no longer be waiting for the right one. Because, I'm marrying the right one."
"I wouldn't want to marry anyone else but you, Elena." Zayn said smiling at me.
I looked down, letting out a shaky breath. "I'm yours."
Zayn lifted up my head with his fingers on chin, kissing me on the cheek. "You were mine when I saw you walk through that school. No woman will ever amount to the feelings I feel for you."
I blushed and heard a knock at the door, causing me and Zayn to turn our attention to the person standing there. "I'm sorry, sir. I just wanted to know if you both were ready to leave." Thompson said, keeping his eye contact on the floor.
"Thank you, Thompson. We are ready now. Cheer up, you're apart of our love story too." I said laughing.
Thompson laughed deeply and shook his head. "Ms.Hart, it will be a pleasure to call you Mrs.Malik. You are such a great woman and Mr.Malik is a lucky man to have you."
"Thompson, are you trying to make us emotional on this great day?" Zayn asked laughing.
"No, sir. Shall we go?" Thompson asked smiling.
Zayn nodded. "Let's go, babe. People are awaiting our arrival."
We walked out of the room down the steps and I turned to face him. "I love you, Zayn."
Zayn kissed me, grabbing the sides of my face, intensifying the kiss. Zayn stopped, but kept my face cupped in his hands. "I love you, Elena."

We got into Thompson's limo and David was already sitting in the passenger seat. Thompson sat in the driver's seat and looked back at us. "I can close the privacy barrier for guys, if you'd like."
"We'll raise it up, later. Thank you." I said, crossing my legs and resting my head on Zayn's shoulder.
David cleared his throat. "I would just like to give you both an early congratulations on your engagement. You two deserve the best."
"Thank you, David. It's a pleasure to have you as a security guard." I said smiling.
"David, great words to hear from you." Zayn added.
"You're both very welcome." David said.

We got to the event place and it was in a big fancy building. I started getting butterflies in my stomach and just looked out the window. There were so many people standing out front and others that were attending the event were walking into the place, giving a guard at the door their names.
David opened our door and Zayn stepped out first, fixing his suit jacket as he stood up straight. I turned my legs to the side and Zayn stuck his hand out for me to grab it. I placed my hand in his and smiled up at him. I stood up, letting out a shaky breath. Zayn wrapped his arm around my waist and walked us down the pathway of the building.
