Jenny came to be the only thing Daniel could focus on in English.
The way she crossed her legs at the ankle, and nibbled slightly on her lip when concentrating. The way her jean jacket hugged her body, and made it clear just how unique her figure was. The way the fabric of her white, lacy skirt accentuated her legs, and allowed them to look longer and tanner.
Daniel was not the kind of boy to be hung up on a girl, but Jenny was no regular girl. Or maybe that's exactly what she was, but Daniel craved to find something about her that wasn't.
And her figure was where it all began.

Jenny sighed, pulling at the sticker on her notebook. Jared wanted to take her out to some dinner somewhere tonight for their 5 month anniversary, and she wasn't feeling it. She wanted to stay at home and collapse on the couch and eat three pounds of chocolate and potato chips. Things like this were unknown to Jared, and he didn't ever wish for them to be known. This frustrated Jenny.
Little did she know, behind her, was a boy watching her who would soon take her mind off things, and prove to be important.
Mr. Edmore droned on about the makings of How to Kill a Mockingbird, and the reasons he believed it became so popular. The tall, fresh out of college, man, who while was not hard on the eyes, was hard on their souls, trudged back and forth in front of his desk, nearly driving his students into a coma. This may or may not have been aware to him, but either way, it didn't matter. He was counting down the seconds until he could stop talking as well, his eyes flickering back to the clock awaiting the lunch bell.
He had a date with Ms. Rellan, something of his own he would rather be doing. So yes, he was being as un-teacher-like as possible, because he had a date with one of the prettiest, kindest teachers in Smith High, and that thought replayed in his head until the bell struck, and the students rifled out of the room.
He had not noticed the boy who sat in row three, seat two, had accidentally bumped into Jenny Lewis on his way out, catching her attention and keeping it. Her boyfriend however, learned of the incident from one of his buddies, and proceeded to stare down Daniel, counting down how many warnings he would get before he stuffed his skinny ass into a locker.
But Jenny didn't think his ass was skinny. Maybe far from it. He looked to be five eleven and muscular. Wherever he was from, and whatever he had done, it was not in Washington, she was sure of that.
tell me what you think, and if you see any terrible errors, just let me know! chapter two up by friday, maybe?
