It was Friday, thank god. The past few days were a drag, the only good things to come out of them were my teasing for Lauren and the occasional things I would do with Dinah. During lunch she'd surprise me and things. Lauren was living happily with Camila and im surprised to say I don't care. The three of us are friends, plus now I have Dinah. Which in my opinion I like better than Lauren. Nobody tell her. Im in my last class, which is going incredibly slow. Its my dance class, and everyone's staring at me because I've been so jumpy and I'm the captain. I have co captains so I sent them to do things instead of me. Ive been on my phone since our teacher couldn't care less, especially since im the star. Ive been texting Camila and she won't stop teasing me about my date with Dinah.

I put my phone away and realize everyone is staring at me. The hell do I have something on my face?

"What?"

"Uh Normani the bell rang about five minutes ago."

"OH NAH WE GOTTA GO!"

I ran out of the classroom and find Camila laughing. I glared at her.

"What are you laughing at Mila?"

"You and Dinah are so distracted today. Did you know she got picked up early just to get ready?"

Fuck I should've done that. Its four right now.

"What are you even doing here?"

"Im waiting for Lauren, you should really get going and get ready for your dateee," she said skipping away from me giggling. My god I think Lauren is going to get arrested for dating an underage.

Nonetheless I run to my car and immediately make my way towards my house. I have like an hour to get ready shit. I get into my house and throw every bullshit I have on me to the ground. I quickly gather my shit and get dressed. I look hot. Thank god. I quickly do my makeup and grab my bag. I dont even remember buying this bag.

"Dad! Im leaving I have a date okay?"

"Okay Normani! Have fun don't do it on the first date!"
