Balloon POV:
"BALLOON!!"
I hear OJ yell at me "Did you forget the restraining order!" He shouted at me "you said that the teams should clean the hotel!" I said with backup since he had no reason to exclude me "that's not the point!" He shouted back "this is the last straw! I'm taking you to court" he said as he drove off to supposedly a court house "I can't believe him!" I hear test tube shout "seriously, how can he expect you to not do the challenge! It was just a lose, lose situation!" man I don't like this...
Later that night...
Nickel POV:
I was told by Balloon that we needed to talk about this. "So why are you getting sued? I thought he told all of us, including you." I asked him "that's the F*CK*NG Problem! He acted like I was in the wrong! He- I- just-" he grunts as he freezes a tree that won't have any repercussions at all I hope. "I mean, you could point out he is lying? Right?" I question again "sure, it's not like we have any other choice." Balloon just sits next to the tree that he had frozen. I sit next to him as I thought of something "so you and suitcase are friends huh?" I say with a grin as he laughs and blushes "oh shut up..." He says with a smirk "but you and baseball?" I blush profusely "hey!" We both laugh. "Damnit we are both in love and we are too awkward to confess... *Sigh* I wish I had more courage.." I replied "you got that right Nick's" he said as I blush "don't call me that... Why are we even enjoying the time we have together?" I asked as he contemplated then shrugged "I don't know why but it's nice with the company" said while he smiles...

The balloon goes to the ledge that night...
Suitcase's POV:
"I'm sorry for you being sued but I think I can help..." I said as balloon brightness is up "you know a lawyer?" "Well here's her card" I say as I give him my card "You are a lawyer?!" I nod "suitcase! Here for... Lawyer-ing?" Balloon laughs softly. That's so cute!! "Sure, why not?" He said smiling "don't underestimate me!" I say poking him as he laughs "hey stop that! It tickles!" After a minute of tickling we calm down "say, you never said you could skate." I told him as he contemplates "well, i loved winter so, that could have something to do with it" he answered. "Well we must be off since you have jury duty and I have to get ready so, let's go!" I said to him as he agreed and we headed off.
At Court...
"Are you positive that you know how to be a lawyer?!" Balloon said freaking out. It was somehow adorable, but I reassured him "I know how to be a lawyer. My dad is a judge! And the judge for this case for that matter" I say as he sighs of relief "thank you..." He whispered as we walk through the doors as we see all eyes on us... Great. As we walk to our podium... Place... I don't know just place where we stand? And wait for the jury to simmer down "now balloon fizz." da- i mean judge javel! started saying "you are accused of abusing physical violence and breaching a of an restraining order, how do you plead?" "My client isn't guilty you're honer-" I said before rudely being interrupted "oh please! You're honor i can justify that he has at least breach of an restraining order!" OJ said as judge javel took a copy of the restraining order. As judge javel kept reading, I saw he was annoyed "this isn't an official restraining order" everyone gasped except me Test tube and balloon "wha- How?!" "1st of all, this isn't a document from the government, 2nd of all, you can't get a restraining order in this country and most in this side of the hemisphere, and 3rd of all, this restraining order is definitely forged so that's a crime for you and whoever you got this from." Everyone gasped again as OJ went pail when javel said that. "also I have seen the whole entire ii series and not once have I seen balloon commit physical or mental abuse." Everything went quiet "man I thought that I would be a lawyer today" I mumbled "so for abuse and a breach of an restraining order balloon fizz is not guilty" he wacked his miniature s javel and most of the jury left... "That wasn't even a good first jury duty..." I lamented as I feel a big warm hug by balloon "thank you!! I didn't have to go to jail! Thank you suitcase! I wouldn't know what I would do without you!" I blushed a bit as someone took a picture of us "look at you two love birds!" Judge javel said "Judge javel?! Why did- wha- why?!" Balloon blushed confused and embarrassed.
10 minutes later...
Balloon POV:
"So you are the daughter of judge javel?!" I said to suitcase as we sit in our normal spot. She nods as I am flabbergasted "are you kidding me?! You must be rich?! Why are you even a lawyer if your dad is a Judge?" She shrugs "I really like Just law & order and the whole concept of law." Wow...
That girl is so amazing in more ways than one...
