The next day it rained, so obviously I stayed inside. Ugh, I wanted to go out too Luke's house and watch a movie today. I walked downstairs and made my way into the kitchen. "Morning sweetheart" my dad said while sipping his coffee, "your mum has to spend the week in a hotel to do some more stuff for the business". Both my mum and dad have their own business together, so that means that they are barely ever home. "Oh ok" I replied sadly, I grabbed some toast, spread some jam on it and went back up into my room.

Which book should I read?, I always read a book on my window seat when it rains because it's just so calming. A loud "Ring Ring!" Disrupted me from my thoughts, "hello? Jay?" I said, it's surprising that he called me.
"Hey, you want to go to the Aquarium?"
"It's raining"
"That makes it much more fun!"

"No buts! We're going, i'm already outside In my dads car. Get out here"
"What?! Fine. I'm coming.
I was glad he wanted to spend time with me. I put on a plain black shirt with jeans and a sweatshirt, put my hair into a bun and walked downstairs.
