Introduction

Me and Tate sat on the brick wall looking at the stars and talking about how it would feel if he was alive aswell, and how we'd runaway together.

I sat on my bed listening to music and heard a knock on my door,

"Vi, can I come in sweetie?" my mother spoke softly, she walked in with a concerned look on her face,

"Sweetie tonight we are having a family dinner we would like it if you would come eat with us"

I walked down the stairs behind my mom and took a seat at the table,

"Hey Vi" my dad spoke up after 3 minutes of silence,

"What do you want?"

"to have a nice family dinner and to fix all of our problems"

"No if we are going to fix our problems Tate needs to be here" I said picking at my food

"okay why don't we" my dad said back sarcastically

"okay just stop the both of you"

"Tate come here" my mom yelled out, soon enough tate was sitting next to me holding my hand I guess my mother doesn't really get his sarcasm,

"No Tate just fuck off would yah?" Ben screamed out

"Violet Go to your room"

After they started yelling I ran upto my room and jumped on my bed and started to cry I could hear them screaming,

"But Vivian. He needs to go! Now!" Ben yelled

"No! Do you know what would happen? he's the only one who makes her happy you need to understand darling" My mom yelled.

Afterwards I slowly went to sleep with Tate by my side.

As I woke up my mother came in, "Violet we need to talk".

I went down the stairs after my mother and took a seat in the lounge,

"Violet we are sending you to an asylum in Briarcliff"

"what so you think I'm fucking crazy?! You both make me want to die!"

"It's for the best sweetie and we know you're not crazy they help depressed people and anorexia people as well"

"what so you think I'm anorexic as well? you both know so much about me don't you? Well guess what Vivien did you know Ben is still sleeping with Hayden huh?"

"Violet it's for the best"
