Dean's Flower

Chapter 7

They went into the kitchen and Bobby made them all grilled cheese sandwiches. While they were eating they all got to know each other better.

"Whos you favorite singer?" Dean asked Lily while taking a huge bite of his sandwich.

"Hmm." Lily had to think hard about this. "Well I can't pick just one. So I'd say it's a tie between Alice Cooper, AC/DC, and, now don't make fun of me for this but,Green Day."

Dean smiled with his mouth full of bread and cheese. He tried talking but it sounded like this, "i lok ehl o thfs bans."

Lily laughed so hard Coke came of her nose. Which made everyone else laugh. Dean still had all that food in his mouth and he ended up spitting in in Sam's face. Sam immediately stood up and ran to the bathroom to clean his face.

Once Bobby composed himself he stared cleaning the nose Coke and chewed up grilled cheese.

Dean and Lily however were still reeling.

"Dean, Dean I can't breathe!" Lily said in between giggling. Dean had stopped laughing out loud and was now silently laughing clapping his hands together.

Sam had come out of the bathroom and stood in the doorway watching them laugh. He couldn't help but smile. Dean hadn't laughed like that in a long time. Hopefully this girl would be good for him. For both of them.

While all this happened Cas was just sitting there with a straight look on his face.

Lily looked over at him when she was still smiling.

Cas couldn't help but smile too. He loved that girl with every fiber in his body. She could make him smile even in the most serious situations.

~Time Lapse~
A/N (everything in ** is a dream) and it's sort of graphic. Not too bad but I don't want anyone to be uncomfortable. You don't have to read the dream to know what happened. Lily explains it in less detail later.

** Lily was hiding behind some boxes in a warehouse with Bobby crouched next to her.

Dean and Sam were tied to chairs while a blonde haired girl sliced them open and burned them.

"Where is she?" Blondie asked.

Dean looked at her with such hate and anger in his eyes and spit at her.

Sam laughed, "We would both die before we told you where Lily is."

She smiled,"Oh sweetie." She said as she caressed Sam's face. "Don't worry. You will die. Painfully. Over, and over again." She raised a knife to Sam's neck.

Before she cut him Bobby jumped out and tackled her. She easily slit his throat. Blood squirted everywhere. It hit Lily in the face. Getting up and wiping her hand on her pants she said "Now where were we?"

Lily tried to scream out. She tried to tell her that she was right here. To come get her. But nothing came out.

Lily watched in agony as the blonde woman cut into Sam's chest, ripped his heart out and threw it over her shoulder. It landed right next to Lily's feet.

She walked over to Dean and picked up two swords off of a table next to her. She sliced Dean's head right off his neck. It flew over her head and right into Lily's arms.**

Lily shot out of bed in a puddle of sweat and felt tears coming down her face. She knew it was just a dream, but was still scared.

Quietly she crept down the hall to Dean's room. She tried to quietly open the door but it squeaked loudly.

At the sound of the door Dean jumped up with his hand gun pointed at her.

Lily gasped. "Dean it's just me."

Dean sighed and put the gun down. "Damn it Lily I could have shot you."

She just looked at the floor. Dean saw that she had been crying. "What happened my flower?"

She shook her head. "You'll think it's childish." Dean wrapped her in his arms. "It might be, but you forget, you are still a child."

"I had a nightmare. I saw you, Uncle Sammy and Bobby get killed. And I didn't stop it. I just watched but I c-"

Dean hushed her. She was shaking and breathing really heavy. "It was just a dream okay. We're all fine."

"I know."

Dean let her go and looked at her. "So are you okay?"

She nodded.

"Good. Now go back to sleep." Dean said as he started walking back to his bed.

"Hey daddy?"

He stopped. She just called him daddy! Dean smiled and turned around. "Yes my sweet?"

"Can I sleep with you tonight?"

He nodded, got into bed and patted the spot next to him. Lily cuddled into his side and soon they both fell asleep.

A/N
I know it's short and not much happened but I like it. The next few chapters probably wont have a lot of action. Mainly just character development. Thank for reading!
