So that is basically what a big cat's paw looks like. At least that's how I draw it though. You may have a different style. The claws come out from the middle of the paw fingers and are very sharp. There is also a dew claw (that small claw higher up to grab prey) and think of it as the human thumb.

For the cat head, it's useful if you study the skull shape. Their skulls are broad and domed, and they have shorter snouts compared to canines. Their ears are rounded (most big cats, as in panthera genus (lions, tigers), but for non-pantherinae (lynx..etc), they may have pointed ears.

Study a cat's face properly and you'll notice that they have hairs near their eyes and out of their ears.

As usual, for reference, look at real life pictures of the cats. You can get a lot of ideas for hide patterns as well from the animal kingdom.
