After reaching the hospital... Saransh carries Mayra inside the hospital and tells the doctor about the problem
"Okay mr.singhania let me examine her first" the doctor informed saransh and told him to wait outside the cabin
But kiana was not all focused now due to what Dr. Called saransh...she referred to him as mr. Singhania which led Mayra to remember her past
"Mayra!" Dr. Called her loudly
"Huh?" Mayra came out from her thought
"Are you fine? I was calling you from the last few seconds" Dr. Told Mayra and start examining her
"Yes doctor I'm fine and sorry"
To which Dr. Nodded and continued her work
"Mayra seems to be a deep injury..is there any medical history" Dr. Asked mayra
She nodded and replied
" Yes doctor around 6 and half months back I met with an accident and was on complete bed rest for 6 months...the dr. Also prescribed me medicine but i forgot to eat them " she says the last part by looking down
"This is not a good thing Mayra...we should put our health first " Dr made her understand
"I know Dr. And I'm sorry" Myra also felt like she should focus on her health as she promised her family
"But maya you needed surgery..your leg nerve is blocked due to the accident...and if we perform the surgery then you'll be completely fine after recovery and there will be no need for medicine" Dr. Inform
Mayra
"No Dr. I'm fine you just give me some medicine " Mayra denies as she doesn't want to cause more pain to her family
"But Mayra it is dangerous " Dr tried to make her understand the complexity of the situation
"I know Dr. But please don't tell anyone about it and in future I will come for surgery but this is not the right time" she requested
"Okay miss" dr. Also understand her
She then gave injection to Mayra and prescribed medicine
After that they both came outside the cabin
By seeing them saransh came near them and held Mayra's hand then asked
"Are you fine now "
Mayra nodded but informed "not Fully but yeah will be okay till tomorrow"
"Okay let's go " by saying this again he lifted her in bridal style
They both settled in the car
After 10 min silence Mayra finally spoke
"Saransh?"
"Hmm" he replied while focused on road
"Have you ever loved someone" the second this line left Mayra mouth
Saransh pressed the brake
She got scared as she thought she asked the wrong question
"I'm sorry saransh i didn't mean to hurt you leave it lets go home" she apologized thinking she made a mistake
"I did" saransh said and looked straight in Mayra's eye
By listening to his answer Mayra starts feeling sad and doesn't know why but he doesn't like the concept of him with some other girl
Her chain of thought broke when Saransh continued

But his grip on the steering wheel is getting more tight
By seeing his this state Mayra put her hand on his shoulder and told him "don't worry Saransh everyone has their same stories everything will be alright let's go home"

Saransh also feels peace in her touch and nodded
They both reached home... saransh was again carrying mayra when his family noticed them
Everyone noticed them but nobody asked them anything while they all were smiling
Saransh carefully laid down Mayra on her bed but he got imbalanced and fell on her

He hurriedly got up

In the evening everyone came back from shopping and was sitting in lawn laughing and chatting

She was on stairs when someone called her

She told him and went towards lawn
Everyone was laughing and showing what they all brought
"Mayra this is yours" richa gave Mayra her dress she asked for

After talking for a few more minutes they all went to their respective rooms as they all were tired and also told everyone that they all already had their dinner outside
