Minho's Dream.
The morning light spills through the dorm windows, casting everything in a warm glow. It's quiet, and everyone is still asleep, but Wonyoung is already up, sitting on the couch with coffee in her hand. She's wearing an oversized t-shirt that slips off one shoulder. On the other hand, I'm not wearing a shirt.
She looks up when I walk in, a slow smile appearing at her light pink lips. "Look who's up early," she teases. "I didn't think you were a morning person."
I scoff, dropping onto the couch beside her. "I wake up early sometimes."
She hums melodically, tilting her head. "You look good like this," she says, turning to me. Like it's nothing, he arms rest on my shoulders and she twirls my hair. "I really like this on you. Or should I say, not on you?"
Without another word, she places a hand on the back of my back and leans in. Her eyes flicker between my eyes and lips, and I can't help but do the same.
I don't think, I just move in closer and move along with her.
Our lips meet, melting into each other's in a smooth rhythm. She tastes like coffee, deep espresso that tastes better the longer it lingers. I pull her closer, my hands resting on her waist. She moves her hand to my jaw, deepening the kiss just slightly—
And then, I wake up yelling.
Wonyoung's POV.
Before class, Quincy, Kitty, and I meet up for morning coffee. We head to the outdoor sitting area, where many students are already sitting. Making our way to a table, Kitty talks about the typical things.
"I just wanted to talk to him and then Alex said that not everybody's on my timetable. So now I'm just wondering about Professor Lee—" Kitty goes on, things we've heard about many times to count already.
"How about instead of fixating on all this Alex drama, we concentrate on what you're gonna wear to Minho's Madness Party?" Quincy suggests, cutting Kitty's words.
I scowl at just the sound of his name, taking a fast sip of my coffee and tapping my fingers against the table. Just thinking about this morning makes me wonder what's wrong with him sometimes. Great guy, but he can be an idiot.
Quincy notices immediately, leaning in closer and making eye contact with me. "Is something wrong?"
"Ugh, it's just that guy today," I mutter.
"What did he do?" Kitty asks curiously.
"He wouldn't talk to me this morning. First, he looked like a deer in the headlights when we saw each other. And then, he ran straight into his room when I asked if he wanted any tea. He was only out for like a few seconds!" I explain.
Quincy raises his eyebrows, smiling. "Okay, dramatic."
"Right?" I quickly respond. "So, I asked Dae what's up with him. Apparently he woke up yelling from a dream last night. Maybe he just got bad sleep, like whatever. He won't even respond to my texts. That's something he never does."
"What if his dream was about you?" Quincy smirks.
"Oh, please," I roll my eyes, and a short silence follows. "Anyways. Speaking of Minho, are you really not going to the Madness Party?" I ask, looking at Kitty.
"I won't go," Kitty states firmly.
"What? Why?" Quincy asks with surprise. "It's the event of the year!"
Kitty doesn't look amused, closing her eyes for a moment. "Because Dae and Yuri will probably be there."
"You won't have worry about seeing them together," I tell Kitty, propping my head up by hand. "Yuri is DJing, and you can't catch Dae dead at a gigantic party like this."
